Time was meant to be messed with, if it wasn't, why did he have a machine capable of doing such a thing?

Sophie shook her head. "Oh no, I believe that there are moments in time that happened simply so that they could be messed with. To make new possibilities! Time is an amazing thing Doctor, never underestimate it. Because there are moments in time that will amaze you, moment that can only be described by one word, miracle."

The Commander

As she watched the three talk, she slowly pulled out her sonic screwdriver. She didn't want to draw attention to herself, but she wanted to scan this Doctor. Something seemed fishy about him... So, from the confines of her outer pocket, she pressed the button, happy about how well the pocket muffled the outside noise. When the scan was finished she pulled if from her pocket examining the readings closely. Timelord! She was so happy to find that she was not the last one, that she nearly said the word. "So sir, I think I know where you're from. And might I say that you meddling got quite annoying after a while. At least to those of us who actually tried to do something good in the war." She said at last, hoping he would stop lying to this girl.

He immediately glared at her, but decided to hide his displeasure.
"Ah, well. I didn't even know you existed. I must say I'm quite glad, although..I'd prefer you to be much less nosy. But we all have our annoying attributes, so I can't say much."
The Doctor avoided saying anything about the war. Even if he was much less emotionally torn than his previous regeneration, that was a sensitive subject and he'd like to keep it out of conversation as much as possible.

Personality: Shy and quiet. She only moved to England a few months ago and she's still learning English. She know a lot, but sometimes when she gets excited she forgets and uses French. She likes to take walks in the park, plant violets (the flower, not the color), and bake.
Description: Violette has very light blonde hair that she usually wears in a braid. Her eyes are a sort of blue-violet mix, like periwinkle. She doesn't look sad a lot, but she doesn't look happy either. She hasn't met anyone that has really made her happy. Her favorite color is purple (NO SERIOUSLY!) and she wears that and jeans most of the time. She is about 5'3" and is thin.
Relatives: She moved to England for college, and they are insignificant and in France.
Crush/Significant Other? : I like the "significant other" thing, but nope, not one.
