Kif turned around and laid against the railings, letting out a sigh. He let out Suicune, to keep him company. The legendary pokemon laid down at his side, enjoying the sea breeze. Made sense, since Suicune was a water type. Kif looked at the other champions. It seemed as if they all knew eachother, at least to him.

xxxxxThis was amazing. Probably the best thing that has ever happened to Sol, but of course he wasn't about to let anyone see how much he wanted to run around this boat and ask for autographs. His eyes darted from one trainer to another from his corner on the main deck, observing the others carefully but also quickly to make sure he caught glimpses of everyone. Smiling wildly in the back, he definitely didn't blend into the surroundings, especially with Mel (Meloetta) sitting atop his shoulder, her hair tickling his neck. He chuckled softly and pulled a pokeblock from his satchel and held it up for the pokemon to take. He might've looked like a shy idiot from where he was currently, but in all honestly, he wasn't shy at all. At least in normal situations, but he wasn't sure who to approach and how. Would he just come off as another pokemon trainer that the champions all have seen before when challenged? He didn't want to set a bad impression so he continuously thought on how he might be able to approach one of the champions or just famous trainers in general. Just the thought of talking to one of them made his heart race and he knew eventually he would get to fight by their side even if he would rather settle things peacefully, if it were to come to fighting, he would be honored to be by one of their sides.

xxxxxInese smirked, glad Alistair had given in to her idea of a small excursion. "Yay!" She exclaimed with a small smile, clapping her hands together excitedly. "Well, I was thinking, first, we get you something to eat, and then we can go check to see if the trainers will arrive soon. I'm ready to give them the thrashing of their life." Though this kind of enthusiasm was uncommon for Inese, the excitement of the possibility of a "challenge" was something she had been waiting for. As a child, it had always been her dream to battle against the champions, all of them but of course, if she had, her parents would've found out her location and so she wasn't able to. But now, under an alias of just being a member of Team Clone, they hopefully would not find out. "Ah, I've never considered that, but I guess that's why we have you here." She said with a small shrug. She never had been a very "techy" person, and so, whenever she came across a problem with the technology, she normally would let someone else handle it while she dealt with another issue around the building, something more physical. While Alistair mentioned him fighting the other trainers with the clone, Inese chuckled. "Hm, that would be a lot of fun, as long as ya let me join you." She responded as calmly as possible, though it was obvious she was interested in joining in the fight to see how the cloned Legendary would fare against some of the "best" trainers.

Akari was out training her Pokemon, preparing for the incoming champions. Her Pokemon had not fought in awhile, because of her previous job at the Pokecenter, so it was more of a warmup than trying to gain levels. But Akari had found it hard to focus, because one thought had been driving her crazy. What would happen if- well, more likely, when- her brother, Kif saw her. And would they have to fight? She did not want to fight her brother, considering how close they were. If only he understood that Team Clone had good intentions...

- Kif glanced around, making quick eye contact with Sol. He figured it wouldn't be the end of the world if he let out a few more Pokemon. He released Lucario and Haxourus, since they were his two other most well behaved Pokemon. Lucario wore an important-looking bracelet with a peculiar stone on it, a mega stone. Empoleon was also fairly well behaved, but he didn't want to release too many at once.
- He continued to sit against the railing, shifting around awkwardly. Lucario sensed his discomfort, and sat next to Kif. Kif pulled out his Pokedex, just reading information about different Pokemon he'd seen. Better than doing nothing.

A faint smile crossed his lips as she recognized the name. Sometimes he wished it wasn't one that was so well known across the regions. By no means did he want to be a celebrity of sorts. Actually, he was fine being an average person yet he was far from it given his accomplishments years ago. He accepted it. "Well, your friends might be disappointed when I would decline," he replied. If it was under normal circumstances he would battle, but this trip wasn't the time to battle with the others. The words that followed her statement about her friends left him a bit uneasy. The faint smile was quick to disappear as he thought the words over. It was odd that he had been requested to come along. He saw it more as a way to get him out and have his mind off battling. In a way it was almost a mini vacation, though he had been enjoying his time in Alola actually vacationing before the invite was presented to him. "I don't think there is much to worry about. I'm sure they wanted to assure that no problems would arise which is why they sent skilled trainers along with." Speaking so much was so odd to him. This must have been the most he had talked in years. Even Pikachu seemed a bit surprised. Glancing at the Empoleon as it was released, Red quirked a brow slightly. He had started getting the hang of recognizing the other regions Pokemon. "Empoleon. You must be from Sinnoh then?"

Being shy just wasn't something she could see herself growing out of. Even as she grew up and befriended her Pokemon, she found it hard to interact with other people. She just wasn't the most social type, though she did her best to communicate with those that reached out to her. Hearing his question of other Pokemon, she gave a small nod of her head before pulling her backpack off and setting it on the floor. Crouching down in front of it, she began to rummage through it before pulling out one of her pokeballs. "I-I have a f-full team with me," she responded before tossing the ball into the air to release the dusk form Lycanroc that was inside. Dusk, as she called her, emerged and landed beside the Ninetales. Giving a soft grunt, the canine Pokemon sat back on her haunches simply staring at the Rockruff and Ninetales. "I-I think you're Rockruff w-will like this one."

Kif glanced up, hearing the name of his pokemon. Empoleon gave the Kanto trainer a quick nod, glancing back at Kif. Haxourus settled down next to Kif, his head facing away, just to be sure he didn’t hurt his trainer with his tusks. Lucario messed around with the bracelet that held his mega stone.

Luxray was unable to rest. There was some irritating sounds erupting around her. She opened her eyes to see a trainer and several Pokémon... training? She snarled and rose to her feet. She wasn’t in the mood for this, but she had to do what she had to do.
The shiny Pokémon walked towards the female trainer and snarled electricity flowing through her fangs. She crouched down... preparing to pounce.

Akari’s Absol was fighting against a clone Delcatty. The absol let out a frustrated growl when the Delcatty kept healing itself. Akari got an idea. “Absol, use Me First!” The absol gave a quick nod, and suddenly healed. It had copied the move Delcatty used. “Now, night slash!” The absol growled and used its horn to slash across the Delcatty. The opposing pokemon collapsed, and they had one. Akari gave the Delcatty some potions, and it bounded off.

Luxray watched the trainer command an Absol to attack an delcatty. Now it was her turn. Luxray stepped out in front of the trainer’s Absol and snarled, her golden fur shimmering in the sunlight. A shock rippled throughout her body, as she hissed at her foe. She just wanted some rest, and the only way was to get rid of these fools! Luxray roared at the Absol, trying to provoke it.
