(Im working on a school paper now so no fancy coding crap but i'll reply~ I'll have Ember come in later probably if we ever have a modern scene with Kagome or something~)

Kaminari sighs softly. So far, things have been rather peaceful, but her eyesight was steadily growing worse. Her family curse was finally starting to catch up with her. Though she didnt wish it, her time to fight was fast approaching. Her father had failed, her grandfather...who knew how many before her. Somewhere around six generation ago is when it started. She hasnt even told Shira yet, but the cat seemed to understand that something was wrong. She was bound to---
"Ok Kaminari. Whats going on here?" A voice interrupts the slayers thoughts. Impeccable timing as always.
Kaminari lifts her gaze slightly, having not even realized that she had been slowly falling behind the cat demon. "It's nothing Shira. Just lost in my thoughts i suppose," she replies with a faint smile.
Shira narrows her eyes slightly, slitted green eyes of a cats, before shrugging faintly. "Well, hurry up then. We're losing daylight! We are almost to the next town," is her reply before the demon turns back to face forward and continues. Kaminari could see that Shira's ears were twisted back slightly to listen for her.
"Yeah yeah...Im coming!" Kaminari replies before picking up the pace, her staff level with the ground beside her as she caught up with her friend.

(I have my characters open? Nari and Shira are just walking to a village. My post is above~ i might be able to reply if my internet is back up at home)

Nexus hurriedly moved threw the forest, following the path to hopefully a village nearby. "Ooh boy, ooh boy. What a perfect time and place to get lost." He mumbled as he rubbed the top of his head. His scythe was strapped across his back as he walked along silently, looking around constantly. "I hope I get to a place before dark." He mumbled as he scratched the top of his head in thought. He spotted two people up ahead and blinked but jogged forward a bit. "Excuse me!!" He called to the two females, one smelling of a human slayer, the other of a feline.

Shira had been a bit on edge, though it was no fault of Kaminari's. Someone was nearby, and it was making her a tad edgy. Her shoulders has stiffened, her long black tail fluffing slightly as the scent of a hanyou reached her nose. She sends a warning flare of her aura, but the half-demon payed her no mind it seemed, a male voice shouting behind them. With a muttered curse, she shifts in front of Kaminari, almost casually, before narrowing her eyes at the intruder, a low growl forming in her throat. She hears Nari's objection behind her, but pays the slayer no mind. Something was different about this hanyou, and caution would not be thrown to the wind. "What do you want Hanyou!" Shira growls out.

Nexus stopped infront of them and bowed slightly. "Apologies for inturpting you to and giving any hositilties, but I was just wondering if you two knew were the nearest village was. I'm searching for it to take shelter before night hits." He answered before straightening his posture and looking at the two, brushing ebony black strands of hair behind his ear and out of his face.

Shira was just about to give another sharp retort, but a sharp jab to her ribs stops her. "This is why everyone thinks you're rude Shira!" Nari scolds into her ear. With a slight sigh, the cat demon backs down, and instead just crosses her arms over her chest.
"Im sorry about her...Overprotective," Kaminari says with a slight apologetic smile. "As for the nearest village? Just ahead actually. We are heading that way ourselves if you would like to join us?" She offers, her staff resting casually on her shoulder. Her thoughts of her curse from before have moved to the back of her mind for she really had no time to be dwelling on thoughts as those.

Nexus nodded. "I would enjoy that very much so, thank you." He said with a gentle smile. He adjusted his scythe ever so slightly due to feeling it loosening from its grip. "My name is nexus by the way." He said with another soft bow.

(This may be my last post for the night)

Kaminari nods faintly, giving a polite bow back. "Himura Kaminari, though just Kaminari is fine. The demon behind me is Shira. I don't even know he last name either, so..." she trails off as a sort of hint, but only receives a faint scoff in reply from the cat demon. Nari sighs softly, before motioning forward and she turns. "Let's be on our way then. The daylight wont last forever."
