((Suppose I'll meet up with ya then, eh?))
The collar of Gilbert's coat was propped up, warding off any chance of a chill to run down his back. Not that the man didn't mind chilly weather, he very much so preferred it to any sort of blistering heat and sun, but he hated the feeling of being cold. He set a brisk pace for himself, quickly enough to get his task done, but not to be noticed as someone running down the streets. His eyes were shifting left and right, attempting to catch any faces that he knew, names that he could recognize. He was going on a routine he did about once a month, checking the movements of the people around him. These people always had sections of the city they stuck to, places they considered their territory, and he wanted to be the first to know about any changes. A grin creeped its way onto his face, thinking about the last time he caught a big movement and sent a little birdie off to deliver the news. Ah, the blood that spilled from his actions was glorious. No one ever traced it back to him though. The albino shook his head, clearing it out of past thoughts and focusing in on the present and his job. And then, lo and behold, he spotted someone up ahead. Imeddieatly identifiable by that stupid pink scarf the man always wore. After a quick debate of what to do, he decided to go up to the man and strike a 'friendly' conversation. Not like the Russian could try to kill him in the open like this. So he weaved his way through the people until he was close enough to speak to the other. "What a surprise, seeing such a dirty snake like yourself slink out of an alley today." He said with a cocky grin on his face as he came up to the side of Ivan.

"Can't you see them? The infinitesimal possibilities, just below the surface."
