{ Name } Nathan Jay Decker -- considering that his father left his mother as soon as she was impregnated, he has a rather normal name for the type of person that he is. His first name has no meaning besides the fact that his mother liked the sound of it, and his middle name--which he hates--is his demon father's vessel's name. He hates it so much that he'll typically introduce himself as just "Nathan Decker"--Decker being his mother's maiden name.
{ Nickname } How about a punch in the face?--Nathan dislikes being called anything besides "Nathan". It's just a thing of his. He really doesn't like nicknames because it makes him feel like a pet or something. Anyways, feel free to make one up, as long as you don't mind a free punch in the face.
{ Age } Twenty Three -- Nathan celebrated his birthday quite recently, actually. His birth wasn't that exciting, though, besides the fact that his mother thought he'd have horns or something when he was born
{ Gender } Male--...Not much to say there.
{ Species } Half-Demon{ Birthplace } Lagrange, Illinois--It's a teeny weeny town in Illinois, don't worry if you've never heard of it in your life.
{ Physical Appearance } Enduring, Muscled, and Somewhat Striking--In general Nathan is one of those guys that you tend to notice if not because of his sheer masculinity because of the way he holds himself. Firstly, Nathan, while he doesn't work out like a maniac, he does have some muscle to his name. His shoulders are on the more square side but not overly boxy, and he's quite tall. The height is mostly from the legs. It's clear that he exudes quite an arrogant air, as well, although when you first meet him he'll probably act rather debonair.
{ Eye color } Blue-Gray --It's certainly not a striking or electric shade of blue, much to Nathan's regret. In the right light they might look more blue or more gray. It depends. It'll never be a glowing blue, though.
{ Hair color } Black and Back--His hair is very, very black. You might as well have dumped a bottle on ink on it and you'd not be able to tell the difference. It's actually a large shock against his complexion, which looks that much paler against his dark locks. It actually curls naturally, although Nathan has to work to get it to stay swept back like it does. Otherwise it gets all in his eyes and annoys the sanity out of him.
{ Height } Six Feet Three Inches; 1.90 meters (190 cm){ Weight } 176 Pounds; About 80 kilos{ Modifications } None--Tattoos never really appealed to Nathan in any sort of way. He admits to seeing pretty cool designs on some people, but it's just not the kind of thing that he would ever do. It never really occurred to him to even consider branding himself with ink. Nathan doesn't have any piercings, either. He's not really the earring wearing kind of guy. He's rather boring in this aspect.
{ Personality } Firstly, Nathan hates things that he considers "wasting time" and idleness. Usually he'll do two things at once under the pretext that otherwise he's not doing as much as he could be. While it might be because of his slight ADHD, Nathan really does hate standing still. He's studious and ever wanting more work to be done. Otherwise, he doesn't really know what he's working for. As such, he hates being dragged down by people that he feels are slowing him down, and usually Nathan likes going at things alone. If he is forced into a spot where he has to work with other people, Nathan prefers to take the leadership position simply because he dislikes knowing that he needs to listen to someone else.
This directly relates to Nathan's distrust in other people to make the "right" choices. Trusting his own cold, hard, logical thinking, Nathan usually forces himself to be the leader. The few times he's allowed other people to the lead he's disagreed with almost all decisions they've made. More often than not he's right on his own counts, and he argues these points with these leaders. Nathan enjoys being right, you see, and he usually is.
While he might come off as arrogant (especially when you first meet him), in reality Nathan is simply confident in his own skin, and he knows that he does command some level of attention. He also realizes there are some people that are better than him in this world, and he treads carefully. Nathan is not above bribery and flattery, and sometimes he'll go as far as blackmail. As a result, Nathan is no more loyal to you as he is to me. The only person he's truly serving is himself. Thus, Nathan is also quite selfish in this respect. However, Nathan is not above niceties, and he has extended hands of friendship -- for a price. To Nathan the world is of one of checks and balances. And you always have to pay your dues.
If you actually break down his defensive outer shell, Nathan is actually much of a gentlemen. He enjoys a good debate once in a while, and prides himself in his large knowledge of politics and history, which he often uses in his arguments. He's polite and can actually come off as charming. Actually, when you first meet him, Nathan will probably show off his debonair side to win you over. He doesn't really see the point in creating an enemy before he has to. However, beware: Nathan is disturbingly blunt. While he might say it with polite words, he doesn't bother sugar coating things. He feels that it wastes time and energy. He doesn't bother with things like subtlety and hidden innuendos. He says it as he sees it, and in any case he finds the some people are too stupid to understand implications, anyway. If you should hate him for it, Nathan doesn't much care. It's not like you're of much importance to him. You're just another person. Expendable. Like him.
It's incredible how Nathan can hold a grudge. While it takes quite a bit to get him riled up, if you do something that really does upset him, he'll not help you or extend a hand to you ever again. Of course, Nathan doesn't have many true enemies. He's in general rather open minded, and while he dislikes being wrong he doesn't dislike learning new information and perspectives. Rather, to become his enemy you have to do something that's truly offensive or frustrating. He probably won't like you if you don't listen to him, either.
If you're in a pickle that Nathan doesn't have to get involved in, there are only a few things that'll help his decision in whether or not he should come and save you: how much he likes you, how dangerous the person that's threatening you is, and how much material and potential value you hold. It'll probably be the latter that comes first in choosing his decision, and will work its way back from there, his personal feelings coming dead last. Nathan's cold strategic mindset is rather unforgiving, so if you really want him to back you up, you'll have to seriously prove you're worth the trouble. Otherwise, Nathan will turn his back, or otherwise kill you to kill the the one threatening you because they're such a large threat. As you might expect, Nathan is always frustrated of people who have the conscience to come and save him when its not worth it, as well. Don't expect him to be thankful.

{ Strengths } Being the Best -- Or at least, he tries to be. Admittedly he has a lot on his side. Along with his power Nathan is already a rather capable fighter. While he doesn't have a specific weapon that he favors he does alright in the battlefield. As you can imagine, he's rather difficult to kill if you're aiming to break a bone here and there. Besides that, Nathan has an inherent talent for musical things, such as instruments and singing, although lyric writing is a struggle. His mental math is excellent, and has a near perfect photographic memory. He likes bragging about that.
{ Weaknesses } He's got no allies--Seriously. No one likes him. While he enjoys being alone someday he's going to need help, and no one will help him--partly because he'll be too proud to accept it. His pride is his own hubris, as well as his arrogance. Apart from that, Nathan tends to be rather unsocial in terms of being likable, and it's doubtful that he's the best fighter in the field, as his powers are decidedly un-offensive.
{ Powers } Bone Density--Nathan's bones are so hard and thick that breaking even a finger takes a huge amount of force. Thus, he can probably jump off a building and come away from it with all of his bones intact, as well as his vitals (since his bones are protecting them). In fact, if he landed on his feet he'd avoid all superficial damages, as well. You see, while his bones are very hard his skin is still very much human. Because of the density of his bones Nathan tends to have more body mass (which was not calculated into his actual weight, FYI). You'd have more luck bleeding him out than trying to cut off his head, because his spine probably won't break on whatever blade you wield.
{ Family } Father, Mother, Brother--well, his father, of course, is a demon. His mother is a normal human, as is his younger brother. His younger brother is technically his half-brother, and he basically hates Nathan after he found out that he's part Satan--at least, that's how he sees it. In all technicality that's not true. Still, Nathan's not a huge fan of him, either. His mother ended up favoring the human son (Nathan admittedly saw that coming) and he hasn't heard from them, since.
{ Crush } None--Uh, firstly: he'll probably make you cry. Secondly: he says he has better things to do.
{ Status } Single -- Not looking, not caring, working.
