~.:Farah GoldenBurg:. ~ .:WindHelm:. ~ .:Female:. ~ .:21:. ~

Farah was decorated in her silver armor with its blue dragon and rider etched into the breastplate. She breathed softly for she wanted to hear what the King would say to his beloved daughter, "The White Maiden". The name itself gave you the impression of a powerful being that was pure and graceful. Alana, the princess, was a strong leader and Farah knew that the citizens were impressed by her status and her attitude for royalty. Farah was shaken from her thoughts as the knight beside her clicked his armor against hers. She turned to see blue eyes underneath the silver helmet that she never liked to wear. "What is it?" She breathed under her voice "I heard..." Was all she did hear before the guy next to him said to stay quiet. She didn't try to see the guy who said it and she turned back. She had a nice view of the king and the tapestry's that hung above him. The other nobles were quiet as well with the knights who stood against the walls like ornaments. It was meant to signal how strong the kingdom was, as well as how organized and reliable they could be in battle. Battle, her heart ached for her blue dragon, Valdus, who was probably positioned on one of the seven towers among the others. It wasn't until this morning that she had seen him and he seemed a little awkward. But again, she pushed it aside as she waited.

I've been dumped a boatload of work to do before college, so I will post when I can. Life is my nemesis.
'Tis the season! Here, a lovely song in commemoration of the holidays:
Oh Come, EmmanuelA wonderful interpretation by a couple of guys who just enjoy playing music.

Benathorn wrote:[Accepted and don't worry too much about the details. You have already proven you can write well for this RP. As for the Alicorn I must decline on the fact that it has a horn. I am not usually picky on these things and I love to see other's incorporate their own story but in the land of Eldemore there is only ever one Unicorn. If you read the story under the Glossary labeled Marif's Tales it is under the story "The Tale of the Unicorn" You will understand why and I thank you for your patience and interest in this RP.]
- Haha, that's fine. Didn't think I'd get away with it, but thought I'd try anyways.

Her alicorn'll just be a pegasus, I've just got to get a different picture. -
- I'll try to get a post up, but it might be erm... different? I'm not sure. I don't do 'medival' set RP's often, if at all so mine may not make sense for the time setting *derp* -
Edit: Elvira now has a pegasus, a very red pegasus. XD -

~.:Alana Pendragon:. ~ .:Windhelm Princess:. ~ .:Female:. ~ .:21:. ~ .:Human:. ~
The king sat on his marbled throne with a steady silver gaze and a set square jaw. His appearance was the living image of the Keep and his build was strong and imposing. Lucas Pendragon's image commanded respect and his very presence gave an air of a strict ruler with a fair hand. His wife, Queen Victoria, sat next to him as her small frail frame was of stark contrast to her husband, but held beauty and grace that helped counter the king's stern appearance. "Ah, Alana. I am glad you could join us. Most of the time you usually do not attend when I call for you." Alana said nothing as she knew her father understood she disliked these formalities, all royal business was a formality to others and a show that always made her feel uncomfortable. "You summoned me your grace?" The king did not blink as his pale eyes bore into her "You understand that the yearly meeting with the other kingdoms will be held at Stonehenge where the Deep Magic is held. I want you to lead the Peace Ceremony this year for our kingdom as an honor for your coming of age. One day you will be the ruler of this Keep ,since I have no sons, and you must learn to lead wisely." A procession of cheers and claps followed as this great honor was bestowed upon her and her mother gave her a proud thin smile. "Thank you father. I am honored to hold the sacred flames of peace in your stead." Alana in truth was a little confused as to why her father gave her this right which was meant for a king but she simply bowed gracefully and backed away into the crowd below as the party usually held before the Peace Ceremony started.
Alana did not wear the customary attire that most royals and nobles wore but instead bore the silver armor of the Dragon Knights with a silver and blue tunic resting underneath that flowed gently over her rider leggings and grieves. Her light silvery blond hair was neat but stopped just below her shoulders as sunset hazel eyes flashed behind a few strands of of stray hair. Alana's Dragon Knights stood at attention along the white columns as they resembled the seven towers that held their mounts. Her captain, Rufus, an older man with a fatherly disposition strode towards her with a broad grin "Parties eh? I like all the fancy but could do without all the nobles and their dull talks." Alana grinned to the burly man whose white beard made him seem even more unruly but down to earth "Oh, and congrats on leading the peace procession at Stonehenge. I'm sure Pavalon will be surprised that the White Maiden is taking his majesties place this year." Alana shook her head slightly to this comment before she replied "Please Rufus, just refer to e as Alana. But yes, it is quite an honor." She tried to change the conversation as these talks made her displaced "How are you and your family doing?" Rufus' eyes lit up as they continued to converse while others mingled among the crowd as the party continued throughout the night. Tomorrow night however, was the Peace Ceremony at Stonehenge and she personally looked forward to easing the tensions between Windhelm and Pavalon.
