Jazz nodded, wrapping an arm around her waist. “Lead the way, Jolt Drive.” He said.

Optimus stared down at Echo with concern. Ironhide seemed alarmed as well. The leader wrapped his arms around Echo to comfort her. “Another memory?” He asked gently.

Jolt drive took a deep breath from the embarrassing experiance and smiled
"Alright." She turned and walked with Jazz and nightshade to the others

"I think we made it awkward for her." Nightshade said to Jazz through her comm link.


Echo nodded in reply. "I was restrained. Someone else was there. A mech with one optic." She explained.

Jazz laughed quietly as they walked. “It’s alright. We were just sleeping, nothing more. Then it really would have been embarrassing.”

Optimus narrowed his optics, and Ironhide tensed. “Shockwave. The Decepticon scientist has been known to test on prisoners. I’m truly sorry you had to encounter him.” Optimus said.

when they eventually got to where Echo, Ironhide and Optimus where she began feeling scared
she saw that optimus was holding Echo, she knew something was wrong
her visor wasn't registering what to do and she stood there, concerned and confused

Jazz frowned, seeing the scared femme in the leader’s arms. “You needed us, Prime?” Jazz asked, never taking his concerned optics off of the femme.

Optimus looked up at the two, even back down at Echo. “This is Jazz and Nightshade. Nightshade is also new around here. I believe she may be able to help you adjust.” He explained before returning his optics to the pair. “Echo has lost a good deal of her memories, but they are slowly returning. There is evidence of her being a Decepticon prisoner; Shockwave’s to be exact.”

"shockwa- you mean that creep who almost took the schematics for my visor back on cybertron?" she asked
"Echo, we understand completely. Everyone in this room has had an experience with shockwave. we all don't like him

Nightshade nodded silently in reply before seeing a new femme beside Optimus and Ironhide. The poor thing looked about scared half to death. Upon hearing Shockwave's name, her spark stopped for a second. She knew what he did to some prisoners. "You're safe here with us. Shockwave and the other Decepticons won't get you with us around."


Echo looked at Jazz and Nightshade as they were introduced. She smiled at Nightshade and Jolt Drive's words, comforted by them. Her brow furrowed at a thought that accured to her. "If Shockwave did do a test on me, what did he do exactly? Tink said that I was alright when she finished her scans."

"just a wild guess, maybe it wasn't an experiment, but an attempt for information?" she asked
"holding someone for a while for information is common for cons to do as well. and any injuries healed over time"
she predicted.

Jazz nodded. “That is a possibility. Shockwave was often brought in when regular interrogation didn’t work. I know that first hand.” Jazz shuttered slightly. He’d been caught on a solo mission before, and placed in Shockwave’s care. It hadn’t been pleasant, to say the least.

“Regardless of what Shockwave has done, he is back on Cybertron. It is highly unlikely he will be brought to Earth, as he is overseeing Cybertron in Megatron’s absence.” Optimus stated.
