Charlie growled as the pain rushed at him all at the same time then stoped and looked around

"Are you alright?" Aura asked worriedly. Hm, that question wasn't just for her flock anymore.

Charlie was a little stunned then answer "yea.."

"Sorry..." Aura said. "Just a question that I ask often....gosh, I'm like a worried mother or something, that's what the flock says." She laughed.

charlie smiled " packs dont do those kind of things. thats why i was stunned."

Aura smiled. "I ask it all the time. Even to Blade, who's a year older."

Liv blinked as Aura asked, "Are you alright?" Even though the question was not for
her, some chord had been struck inside of her. Her eyes flashed, pupils contracting,
then went blank as she started to remember a memory that she did not have; a
flashback of her past. A little boy ran up to her, touching her arm, even though she
was on fire. She was on fire? She looked at her black wings, which were blazing like
dry trees in a forest fire, even though they didn't hurt at all, then glanced back at the boy.
"Are you alright?" he asked in a childishly young voice. "Livvy, are you alright?" She
stared at him, not comprehending, then gazed around at her surroundings. Why did it
smell like a hospital here? Everything was white. "Liv, are you alright?! Liv! Liv! Tell me
you're alright!" Liv's eyes refocused with a snap and she gasped for breath, doubling
over like she had been punched in the stomach. What was going on? She felt tears in
her eyes as the boy's voice echoed in her mind, "Liv, tell me you're alright!"

"Are you alright?" Aura yelped, rushing over to Liv.

Liv's eyes widened at the use
of the expression again. "Uh, yeah,
fine. Just fine," she said,
straightening up. Her tone indicated
that she was not indeed fine, but
it would suffice. She wasn't much in
the condition to say anything else
right now.
