Tonks climbed a few bars down the ladder, just enough to tuck into a ball and let th trap door close on her head. It hit her fairly hard, making her a bit dizzy. She climbed down a little more, peering over her shoulder, down at the next bar, trying to position her foot. All the while, she mumbled to herself. "I hate ladders...bad, ladders are bad... no good ladders... ladders arnt your friend..." A few bars above the floor, her footing slipped, making her fall backwards. She didnt hit the ground though, because her other foot was twisted around another bar. Tonks dangled upside down, blood rushing to her head. "Hey." She said, eye level with Remus. "This wasnt what I was going for." She said, smiling. She stretched, trying to reach her foot, but she was never good at sit ups, so she just let herself flop backwards, again, hanging in front of Remus. At least she didnt hit the floor, she thought, and she didnt mind having to stare at Remus, seeing as he was the only thing she could see, upside down or not.

Kiera sighed and walked over to the window in the girls dormitory. Then she heard the familiar purr of a cat and the heart-melting laugh of a teenage boy.She ran down to meet him, "Leo?-Leo!!" she ran over to him and threw her arms around his waist, resting her head on his chest. "Don't ever leave again!", Leo smiled and rested his cheek on Kiera's head "aw why?". Kiera moved away from him slightly, just to look at his face "the gummy bears are back, but that doesn't matter right now" she put her hand on the side of his face, and moved the hair from his eyes, her face softened and she sighed;" you look better when you can see your eyes, they're the only reason there's a hoard of girls waiting for you outside the common room". Leo let out a soft chuckle "yeah they're all outside because they're Hufflepuffs!". Kiera smiled and only just realised her hand was still on his cheek, she felt the blood rush to her head, so turned away, grinning.

Remus chuckled,"Now,why don't you try unravelling your foot when I push you closer to it?Don't worry,I won't let you fall.I did promise to catch you."

"leo?" Kiera whispered walking back over to him. "yes" Leo smiled resting his cheek on her head again. "i hope nobody walks into the common room at this moment , this is the wrong way to be standing." Kiera giggled slightly but, despite her words, stayed as close to Leo as possible.

"Erm...Hello?" Kendall arched an eyebrow at the two, as he quickly dashed down the stairs, from the boys' dormitories and into the Ravenclaw common room. He was biting down harshly on his lower lip to suppress the burst of laughter, that would have occured if he even open his mouth to speak once again. Rolling his eyes at himself, he leaned against the wall, at the bottom of the stairs, his twinkling emerald eyes playful, as he grinned at the two of them; finding this rather amusing, yet slightly creepy, all the while.

Kiera squealed and ran, to hide behind a nearby chair "the gummy bears are back!". "Take the first years no-body likes them!!!". Leo laughed "there's nothing there". "If only you knew Leo, this is why you need to stay here with me!" Kiera protested.
