"Me?" Tuesday asked, not really sure of who Ryu was talking to. She decided to answer anyway, and said, "I'm working on knives and bow and arrow. Swords my best weapon though." She looked first at Ryu, then at Desmond, noticing the similarities between the two."What about yourself?" Tuesday asked as her gaze came back to Ryu.

"Good, but I'm more into knives, daggers, and small guns. No good at swords really," Ryu replied lightly and rolled his shoulders a bit, feeling more loose as his pain eased from his mind. His attention shifted when he caught Veon watching him again and he was now feeling puzzled about her. "Excuse me." He said lightly and then glanced at Tuesday as he rose from his chair. "It was nice speaking to you, Tuesday." He nodded his head a bit before walking over towards where Veon sat. For a first he hesitated on what he should say but then figured he mind as well ask what was on her mind. "Is something the matter?" He wondered softly in his regular tone of voice. He couldn't help but notice his headache easing up a bit when Veon weighed in on his mind.

"Oh okay." Desmond replied as Ryu stood. Maybe something was wrong even thought Veon didn't say anything. He shurgged it off and glanced back at Tuesday. "Bow and arrow? Is that hard to do without something to aim with?" He wondered as he pictured someoen shooting an arrow and then hitting a target but he had nothing to aim with like any other gun or somehting that shoots.

Xiah turned carrying the coffee, he set them to the side as he did so he called to Max, "RISE AND SHINE LAZY BUTT!!!" When Max failed to respond he walked over to Max. he leaned over and pulled Max around so he could see his face and then he smacked the other boy's face, till he opened his eyes. Max groaned and sat up, Xiah pulled Max to his feet and wordlessly handing one coffee to Max who took it and stared into space.

Veo's eyes widened when Ryu walked over and she lowered them quickly before looking down at her hands, which were folded neatly in her lap, weighing decisions in her mind when he came up to her. "I just.. I don't know Ryu. Everything lately is just starting to get to me. I don't really know anymore. You though, you always seem like you know what to do, and I think you would make a better leader than me." She sighed again. "I seriously am having the same problem all the time, my mind gets fogged up about the day before, even five minutes ago, like I'm being continuily wiped. I just don't know." She glanced up at him, her violet eyes full of confusion and insecurity, before she watched Xiah and Maz for a few seconds and then flicker her gaze back to him.

Eclipse yawned slowly and sat up in bed, blinking and rubbing her eyes as she managed to stumble out from underneath the covers and half-walk over to her closet, taking out the white t-shirt she planned to wear, and then her jeans, before walking over to the mirror that sat neatly in the middle of the room by her bed and put on mascara and eyeshadow. When she was done with that, she walked out of her room and towards the voices in the kitchen, still semi-asleep because she had gone to bed so late, and the fact that she wasn't an early riser like she could see Max wasn't either, watching Xiah smack him a couple times which made her giggle.

Ryu shook his head a bit when Veon mentioned about him bieng the better leader. "No, if I became leader, I would be Saber's worst nightmare. Everybody else would also be terrified of me as is." He settled his hand on the countertop and then leaned back against the counter beside Veon. "What do you mean by same problem?" He asked and looked around the kitchen before glancing at the tiled floor. He was glad Veon was talking to him and he wanted to help her out as much as he could, naturally being a friend and second-in-command. He ran a slightly pale hand through his dark hair and sighed a bit. He then started to think to himself a bit on why he felt more open when Veon was around but he then figured it was because they had been friends for ages. But still, it was strange to him but the feeling he got was warm and comforting but he decided to leave it as it was. He didn't want anything to happen to the warmth, at least not for awhile until he figures it out what it really was.

History:He was beaten by his farther, who had a severe drink problem. Pretty much had to fend for himself. One day he was talking to a stray dog and was terrified when it answered back. since has found a young puppy near starvation. not sure how he got to the Xfiles.

Mayia had finished her omelet in no time and washed the dishes that were in the sink before she and Hunter slunk out of the room. Mayia didn't notice, but Hunter turned his head at Xiah and Max on the floor with their coffee. Hunter's eyes locked on them until Xiah stopped slapping Max. Mayia was still thinking about her dreams of last night... If they can be called dreams. Tossing and turning like that didn't really appeal to her at all.

Natsume finally decided to get something to eat. With a bored expression, Natsume shuffled over to the kitchen. It was easy to find his way as long as he knew which scent to follow. There were even two familiar scents, but that didn't interest him one bit. Those scents weren't the ones that he would be looking for if he ever left this place.

Veon sighed softly and as Ryu had done, ran her hand through her hair, messing up the perfect part she had put in it moments before. She almost growled when she held up her hands to pull it back and remembered that it was to short to, only going slightly past her chin, but still not long enough to put in any kind of bun or ponytail, a result of her try at a "barber-perfect" cut. The tattoos on her arms seemed to swirl and move with each of her own movements, and her violet eyes flashed as she caught sight of Natsume walking towards the kitchen, her gaze hardening slowly before she turned back to Ryu and decided to finally address his question. "It happens all the time anymore. I can't... I can't really think I guess. I don't know how to explain it, it just makes me forget stuff, this "fog" is what I call it, but it messes up my mind." She sighed and grimaced as she realized that nothing was coming out the way she wanted it to, it just sounded like jibberish to her ears. Why the heck was she telling this to Ryu anyways??? Well they were friends, but she could always admit stuff to him without hesitation.

Ryu had an idea on what Veon was trying to say but then it sounded greek to him, but he sort of understood at least in a way. "This 'fog', how does it make you feel? Do you fear it or just plain irritated?" He questioned, maybe he could try something on Veon that he had a theory for quite some time now. The ability to manipulate shadows and darkness of his, maybe he could also manipulate the darkness of the heart and mind? He never did try to test it but he wanted to. Since he could feel what the others were feeling just by standing so near to them, could he possibly rid of one emotion and replace it with another?

Veon glanced over at him and then thought hard about his question, actually wanting to answer truthfully, as she focused on the fog that seemed to cloud over her mind. "Well.. I mean it irratates me, but it also makes me confused about everything that's going on if it's bad enough. I mean, no I don't fear it, it's not scary or anything, but sometimes it makes me feel pain, almost like a migraine if you wish." Her eyes narrowed and she closed them tightly, holding her head in her hands as she tried to sort through the mess of words she had just spoke.
