"Get my wand." she said in Parseltounge, and a giant snake slithered twords Shane hissing. "Give the wand to the snake or to me. You dont really have a choice." she said happily. But at the same time she was scared. Her fingers twitched kinda scared. "Im only a first year.." she whispered to herself. "Dont report me to Professor Dumbledore.." she said softly. "I can call them off..." she said softly again.

[Despondency.]

Lunas eyes widened. she tnok off her glasses, raised her wand and shuffled closer to shane.

Shane's main flaw was the inability to remember spells under pressure. He couldn't think of anything that would help him against the snake, but he knew he couldn't give her wand back. He gripped it tighter, taking a large step back.

Codi was freaking out as the snake got closer. "Stop!" she screamed in Parseltounge. The giant snake turned to Codi and asked why, but she ignored it. "Take me.. I dont care anymore.. I'd rather be taken to Dumbledore than turn a snake on someone." she said and held out her hands. "Do it. Body bind me, knock me out.. do whatever.." she said and the snake slithered back to the other snakes. The where still hissing and forcing Codi forward, trying to get to them. "They wont listen to me if you dont. If you overpower the Parseltounge speaker, they will back off for they have no command, so I command you do it now!" she said and ment it.

(You can body bind her or something and she will call the snakes off. That will make dramaa XD)

Shane frowned, but pointed his wand at her. "Petrificus Totalus!"

Right before Codi fell, she screamed. "Go back for now!" IN Pasrseltounge, but then fell to the ground paralyzed. She didnt really want him to.. but it happened. The snakes hissed and went back to the lake, and Codi layed there on the ground, probly about to be taken to Dumbledore.

Shane had no idea what to do next. He wanted to wait for Luna, but this was urgent. "Levicorpus." he raised her upside down, wondering if he should bring her to Dumbledore.

Codi felt her feet raise up and she was lifted upside down. She closed her eyes, trying to hide the tears that where coming. But the blood was rushing to her ehad and she could'nt help it so tears fell from her face.

He undid the spell, knowing that she wouldn't be able to move dangling upside down. He noticed she was crying and frowned.

Codi landed on the ground and sat up. "Why dont you take me to Dumbledore? Everyone always tries to, but so far your the only one who got to it!" she said, remembering watching the snakes biting and tearing at other students, and then using the charm 'Obliviate' and then running..
