Raven sighed and plopped down into her chair. She was... stressed, to say the least. She buried her face in her hands. It was nice to finally meet someone like her... but she didn't realize the cost. She glanced at Cole through her fingers, and sat up. "I'm gonna do some homework. The pizza guy will be here in five. You need anything?"

"I- No," He stopped to think for a minute, and then looked up. "Sorry I dragged you into this.." Running his fingers through his hair, he gave a frustrated sigh and stood up. Walking toward her, he hesitantly put a comforting hand on her back, and then started back toward her bed. Sitting down on the cushioned mattress, he tapped his fingers against his legs, anxiety clawing its way up his belly.
