Atlas felt the cold breeze pick up. He put his shirt on again, and picked up his jacket from the sandy cave floor. He regarded Kiandra shivering on the floor, and the cold air swirling around his arms. He padded over to Kiandra and kneeled in front of her, offering the girl his jacket.

((Um, there were all these explosions in the forest. Atlas, Bella and Kiandra are in one cave. Aaron and Sophia are climbing into another cave.))

Kiandra

She opened her sea green eyes to the Smexy's jacket. She hesitantly grabbed it, and laid it over her self, easily fitting. She mouthed thank you, or at least she tried. She coughed, before squeezing her eyes closed at the pain. She then hugged the jacket that smelled of cologne to her body, immediately taking her mind to when they were concealed by darkness. It seemed forever ago, but she couldn't help it. She remembered her hand touching his chest, it was warm, and smooth. She tried to think of other things, as she felt millions of tiny people were kicking her head and her throat with all they had. Her head pounded, and her face contorted. It was almost too much. Kiandra rolled over, and tried to make it stop. Everything was moving around so quickly, she couldn't keep up. She clenched her teeth.

Atlas nodded. "Are you sure you're okay?" he asked. He picked up her canteen of water, which was lying nearby. He offered it to the girl. They needed sponsors, and badly, if he and Kiandra were both going to live.
He almost laughed, the situation was so ironic. He had allied with the 2 girls so that they could kill Alyssa and Angela, and ended up caring for them more than he could imagine. Seeing Bella's scared face peering over the ledge of the cave, and watching Kiandra shiver in the corner, these were all things he never thought would matter to him.
And now, he was hoping for sponsors so that they could both live. He was an idiot, to think that more than one could live.
Atlas knew better.
Or, at least, he hoped he did.

Kiandra

Kiandra slowly nodded before coughing again. It stung at an unimaginable lever. Her eyes filled with tears as she wiped them away. Not here, not now. She gave in and slowly grabbed the canteen from him. She took small sips, until she felt she could at least talk. She looked over at him, his face looked different, as if he was worried. She knew she was just seeing things. This was a career, he just wanted Bella and herself dead. And sooner or later, it would happen. She turned her head to the side, and then closed her eyes. "Mr. S-" she stopped herself and laughed. She almost called him Mr. Sexy out loud. "Atlas?" she said slowly as she weakly sat up.
"What happened after I passed out?"

Atlas sat down next to her, leaning against the cave wall. "Well, I heard you calling my name, so I ran over and carried you most of the way to the cave. I passed out right before I got here, but Bella carried us both up here." he folded his hands in his lap.

"I'm afraid the burns and throat damage would've been a little less severe if i had gotten you up sooner." Bella said, examining the singed tips of her hair. She took out her sword and cut the sleeves off her jacket.

[/left] Atlas turned his attention to the younger girl. "You did fine." he sighed and closed his eyes, resting his head on the rough wall of the cave.
Thoughts pushed their way to the front of his mind, and he let them. He felt himself falling asleep. After all, they had been through a pretty rough day.[/size]

Bella set down her backpack, laying her head on it slowly. Even with her heat-storing jacket on, the was still biting into her skin. Eventually she fell into a fitful sleep.

Kiandra

She nodded. She remembered calling for him, but after that it was a blur. (sounds like she was drunk to me xD). Kiandra rubbed her face in her hands, trying to relieve the stress on her body that she was carrying. Her throat burned once again. She rubbed there too, her vibrant green eyes now a dull boring green/grey/. She looked over at bella. At least someone could sleep. Kiandra however was too uncomfortable to sleep. All those days of being punched in her stomach, and starved for a week, her weakness was burns. She looked over at Atlas, he looked as if he was falling asleep. Kiandra hesitantly pressed her fingers to his forehead, wiping away some of his hair from his face. "Thanks..." she whispered softly, as she turned away.
