"yeah my parents thought I was a sycho and my sister" he paused sighing "she was sent to a scientest lab and they disected her, she was a mermaid"

"I'm so sorry. Well, at least you HAD a family for a while. I was abandoned at 7 after my first transformation and I had to fend for myself until the school found me and sent me here." I smile slightly.

The moon rises to the highest point. Midnight. The clock strikes 12 and thin clouds fill the sky, giving the area a creepy feeling.. Then the secrets of the island come to life.... revealing many grave stones. Just like a scene in a movie.

Desdemona sighed and sat up. "Stupid Hell-senses." she muttered. In the sixth circle of Hell, she had been taught to wake up at midnight every night, no matter what. Apparently, the habit had followed her to the Surface. She stood up and considered going outside.

Inside the sleeping child's mind the demon awoke. His mind felt rested from the exertion of his powers earlier. It was a sad display, something as weak as a shadow cloak making him exhausted. But he was used to it by now. Four years of not being able to tap into his full potential was frustrating, but one resigned himself to it after a while. It was hard to tell since he was in Noah's sleeping mind, but he felt that it was late. That would mean most of the students would be out. That was good. It meant he could prowl without disturbance. He gently pushed himself forward while pulling Noah back. The boy could sleep just as easily inside his mind as out. His eyes fluttered open and he looked around, remaining prone for the time being. Noah's roommate was gone. Good. That would mean he didn't have to sneak out. He sat up and looked down, rolling his eyes at the nightwear Noah had put on. He got up and changed into some day clothes. Better than the nightclothes... though not by much, he thought, but no matter. He checked a clock on the wall. Yes, it was midnight. Some humans called it "the witching hour." They had no idea How right they were. It was time to get out and see what the grounds were like after dark. The nighttime could end up being useful to him if he played his cards right. He walked out of the door and quietly made his way down the halls.
