Vera heard someone coming, and she looked up. "zack?" She questioned enquiringly. A scientist went back inside, and held her good arm with one hand, the other pressiing a sharp object up her neck. She had a rough idea what it was , and she saw the evil scientist looking at her. "Dont move, or you will feel this slicing through your neck. Do you understand?" Vera understood only to well. He called to Zack. "Stop right there. If you fight us, well then this lil chick wont be there to see it happen." he threatened, the knife moving round her throat, as he played around, is other hand pressing her body against his, allowing no escape. She slightly wished she took martial arts right then as there was nothing she could do. She gave a small gulp as she looked at Zack with pleading eyes. Just go, Ill be fine. The words echoed in his head as the fox went in between him. SHe would have said something, but she wouldnt. Not with the risk of the blade slicing past her windpipe. (Sorry me spacebar is having a prob.)

"ha!" Ace laughed grabbing her by the shoulders and pulling her down beside him. "You seem shy?" he observed.

"Really, I seem shy to you?" She said as she squeezed her shoulder blades together when as grabbed her

There was a slam as the door was flung open. "Stop!" it was the professor. "You here put that down!" the Professor roared and shot the guy with a sleep ray from his own gun. "Come on now, Vera, Zack let's get outta here," he said handcuffing the guy who was going to hurt Vera.
Zack leaped towards Vera and nuzzled her.

Vera smiled, petting Zack slightly, but then turning back as she ran out, her bare feet slapping against the floor and yet making no noise as she ran.

(sorry to say this, but I think I'm going to have to quit. I'm juggling too many roleplays already, and it's making CS more of a race against yime other than a fun roleplaying (pet colloecing/trading etc. etc.) website. (well, that's a bit of an over exaggeration, but you get the idea) Thanks for understanding! :3)
