Katarina quickly changed clothes into her armor. She made sure her red hair was tucked in her hood tight so no one would see it. The Listener went in once it was clear.

Za'ji was just drifting off to sleep on what once was probably a straw mattress when she heard a commotion coming from outside. There were lots of guards running everywhere, all screaming their heads off about vampires. Apparently, her friends were still trying to spring her, despite her objections. Sighing, the Khajiit lay back down on the pitiful excuse for a bed and tried to go back to sleep. She was getting really tired of having to explain herself to people.

"Hmm. I'm not that terrifying, am I?" Zachariah mused, following Katarina inside as he heard the commotion being caused by the guards about vampires not too far away. Really, he wondeted how they had even noticed him, unless he was being too loud when he was invisible. But still - how would they had known he was a vampire if they couldn't have possibly seen his eyes or his skin tone? Oh well ..
He frowned when they arrived at the cells, and he pulled out some specially-made lockpicks that he always carried around with him, should he need them one day. He slid it into the key slot, wriggled it around a little, and then pushed open the door with a small creeaak. "I don't want to rain on your parade, but unless you want to see Kat get angry - which I, for one, don't - I think you should come with us," he said to Za'ji, keeping his tone flat and quiet should a guard happen to pass by.

"With all due respect to her," Za'ji said without turning around, "The listener can go sit on a cactus. I'm staying captured until dragon bridge, and that's final." As an afterthought, she shifted her dress slightly, so that the red on her boots wasn't showing. She didn't want her captors to get their suspicions confirmed just yet. Th ey might interrogate her here, which would lead to her sending the wrong law enforcement agency on a wild goose chase. It would also raise the likelihood of her dying, but that bit wasn't as important.

"Dead or alive your coming with us." Katarina said.

" If I come with you now," Za'ji said, "We'll all be dead. You were able to track us here, what makes you think the Penitus Oculatus won't be able to track you back to the sanctuary? I have a plan to get them off of our backs for good, but it needs to happen at Dragon Bridge. Unless you want a repeat of the Falkreath massacre, you'll go there and wait for my signal."

Katarina stabbed the wall next to Za'ji's head. "Watch your tongue cat.... Or I'll cut it out of your mouth." She growled. "We only found you because of your boyfriend Za'zah."

" First of all, he's not my boyfriend," Za'ji said, not flinching despite the dagger protruding past her head, " And second, you're only so angry because you know I'm right. It's only another couple days or so, what harm is there in feeding our enemies a little false information?"

"Because The Night Mother ordered us not to and you disobeyed." Katarina growled.

Zachariah watched them with vague interest before finally speaking up. "Look, Za'ji, you don't even know what you're getting into. The Penitus Oculatus has the security at their stronghold completely down pat. If we can't break you out then, what will happen? You'll end up in the Void far too early, that's what," he pointed out, and then carefully added, "And what if they don't want to interrogate you? Maybe they just want to kill you," he said, having thought this out quite thoroughly.
