He opened that cupboard and grabbed two plates, handing them to her.

"Why is that Doctor?" She asked looking at him sadly, before seeing Ametye swoop down to the grass where he was before.

"My line of work." he said, his voice fading his thoughts flying away, before he reigned them back in, "Looks like your ride is here, I'd hate to hold you up." he said, standing, brushing himself off quickly.

Vesta snorted, "Ametye isn't my ride, he is my forever faithful companion. In soul and mind, permanently connected 'till death." She smiled at Ametye, "Come meet him." She said, grabbing the Doctors hand and pulling him over. 'How was your flight Ametye?' She asked.

'Rather pleasant, almost ate a bird.' He chuckled, 'Who have you met now?' he asked, sizing up the Doctor.

Twelve rolled his eyes, but followed her none the less.

'This is the Doctor.' She smiled at Ametye and nudged Twelve forward a little. Ametye brought his head in closer to the Doctor, observing him with a large golden eye, 'He'll do.' he said to Vesta, keeping the thought away from the Doctor.
'So tell me Doctor, what led you to my Rider?' He asked, his voice rumbling a little.

She smiled putting the hot dogs on buns,"two,three? or just one." she asked then added,"Whatcha want on it."
