Without thinking he dove into the water. Grabbing the girl. His arms under hers and pulled over her chest. He began swimming up. trying to avoid the shark. It pit his shoulder, drawing blood. It burned from the salt water. He kicked it in the nose and swam up needing air. He pushed her on the board. Clambering up himself. His body over hers in a protective way. He didn't scream shark since it would only attract more. He began swimming to the shore. Quickly. He pulled his board in the sand and dragged her out of the water. "Somebody call an ambulance!" He screamed giving her mouth to mouth. Potentially saving her life.

"I think she's gonna be okay." He called to the scared bystanders. "Get everyone out of the water." He screamed. Getting in the ambulance with her.
