"The Millenuim Ring houses an evil spirit who's also called Bakura," Ryou replied quietly, his beginning to control his breathing. "He wants to destroy the Pharoah. My soul is held captive whenever he takes over." Slowly, Bakura stood, having to use the wall for support. "Perhaps coming to Egypt was a bad idea for me, huh?"

[Zelda Prouvaire]

"Yeah..I guess it was...let's say we get out of here, huh?" Kiyoko offered. "Back into the sunlight."

Ryou nodded slowly, and made his way out of the pyramid.
"Thanks," he said to Kiyoko once back to the area they'd been in before. His eyes went to the Millenium Ring. He held out a hand, evidently asking for it back in silence.

[Zelda Prouvaire]

Kiyoko put the Millenium Ring in Ryou's hand, but she was a bit confused.
"Why would you want this back, if you are controlled by it?" she asked him.

"It was a gift from my father," Ryou replied sheepishly, "I'm gluing to find a safe place to store it while I'm here, but..." He paused, frowning slightly, "It seems that it always finds me no matter where I put it."

[Zelda Prouvaire]

(Ha ha, you're "gluing"?)

"Oh...I see," Kiyoko said. "That's going to be difficult, huh?"

(Auto Correct: how I hate it.)

"Definitely," Ryou agreed with a sigh. "Will you help me?" (Moment where you fan squeal.)

(SQUEEEEEEEEEEEALLLLLL!! BEST. DAY. EVER.)

"Of course!" Kiyoko assured him.

"Thank you again," Ryou replied happily with a kind smile of his that seemed to always be present. (And now you shall explode from your fangirlism). He took her hand, leading her through the streets, talking about Egypts history, and his homeland in Britain.

Kiyoko listened with genuine interest to Ryou's life story. His parents both dead, a younger sister killed in a car crash, then the whole deal with the evil spirit...she was almost overwhelmed with sorrow for Ryou. But, amoung the sadness, was a shred of happiness, just from his hand in hers. (Romance-love it!)
