Disappearance of the Nekos V.2(accepting!)

Jewel was right on his tail. She mimicked him the way up the dumpster and pulled off her hat as she stood on the dumpster. Her ears poked out and her tail was now visible as well. She fell back down on all fours and looked up at the roof ledge. She crouched down and jumped up, soon catching the edge of the roof. It took her a few moments, but she pulled herself up onto the roof. "I hate not being as strong in my arms as you are." She didn't bother sitting down though, and was back on her feet again. Her tail swished back and forth at a slow rate, and her right ear twitched now and again.

(You posted on the last page, so you didn't miss too much. Jewel and Chess were talking and now are planning to hop the rooftops to get to Chess's house faster.)

Chess smiled and his tail waved slightly. "I'm just used to doing this a lot," he shrugged, standing up. "Ready to go? Try to keep up~" Without waiting for a responce, he ran to the other end of the roof, dropping back to all four. In just a few seconds, he was launching off the edge, soaring through the air onto the next roof.

Kayami looked at the roof that chess was on."what are you doing on a roof?"she asked Chess.

"I don't hop the rooftops all that much, so I apologize if I'm a bit slow." Jewel gave him a weak smile and lunged toward the next rooftop, and once again, nearly slid right off. She managed to climb right on up though. When she heard the sound of a another girl, she immediately covered her ears with her hands and her tail was pressed to her leg to keep it out of view. "We're, uh, getting a nice view of town." She glanced over to Chess, unsure if she was a friend or foe.
