Rylan looked up, seeing Misa standing over him with a rather irritated expression on her face. "If life had no time for skies than why are they there?" he asked, sitting up straight and stretching his arms above his head. "Don't worry, I'm getting up." Standing up, he dusted off the back of his jeans, pulling his sweater sleeves down over his hands. Despite the warm air and bright Nevada sun he was still in black jeans and a black long sleeve. "Are we going in?" he asked, smiling as usual, not phased by her rude tone.

''No, we're just going to stand out here.. and.. and stare at skies all day.'' Misa said in a sarcastic tone, yet her face had a serious expression. She was in a horrible mood today, seeing as she barely got any sleep because she was practicing her moves all night. Her stomach grumbled for a short period of time, but the meister decided to ignore it.

Rylan continued to smile, saying nothing. 'Someone's feeling grumpy...' Starting towards the school, he said, "Come on then. You wanted to go, right? Let's go." She was clearly not feeling in a fabulous mood today - not that it ever seemed she was - so he decided his best tactic was to just not push her.

She has a waitressing job after school, to which she usually brings Sadie along and lets her play in the break room. Weapon form.

Personality

Casey is fairly shy around strangers, but she has gotten herself used to initiating conversation as her job in waitressing relies on it. just a bit. She is quite friendly once she gets over her shyness and stage fright and has a calm, welcoming aura about her. She is very reserved about her family life, and always skirts around the topic. She is incredibly loyal to her friends and remaining family, and is very passionate about school and work. She is very responsible, yet forgetful at the same time. She will make sure ahead of time that everything for others is prepared, though often forgets to add herself into the equation. She can be somewhat lazy and childish around close friends, but is hard working and keeps her stress and her problems inside. She is stubborn and refuses to burden anyone else with her problems, believing she can fix them herself as she can be just a bit ocd and clean freakish. If she is pushed far enough, she can be snappy, short, and sometimes even violent if someone annoys her enough, but to get that far takes a lot of button pushing since she has a high tolerance to annoying people(Cough, cough, ungrateful customers, cough). She is always there for her friends and will always lend a shoulder to cry on, or an ear to listen. She is very mature for her age and has a motherly personality when it comes to her sister, or her close friends.

History

Casey had a nice childhood, despite the fact her parents divorced when she was quite young. Her father remarried to a very nice woman named Alice and they had a daughter named Lily. They lived happily together, Casey switching every week to live with her mother, as well. Unfortunately, when Casey was eleven, her father's job called for him and the family he lived with to have to move across the country. Casey had decided to stay with her mother, but only a year later, found she was a weapon. Apparently, it was a rare gene from her father's side of the family. One more year later, her father had to go to a war zone for nine months, leaving two days before Casey's fourteenth birthday. He didn't ever make it back to celebrate christmas that year like he promised. A few months after, Alice was shot in the head by a man hyped up on drugs, Leaving Lily alone without any family. After much fighting with the authorities, Casey managed to let Lily live with her in Death City instead of sending her to an orphanage. They send money to take care of Lily every month, along with a letter saying if she was ever too much to handle to let them know. She would always go outside and shoot the slip of paper, obliterating it.

Relationships

Lily Fletcher

A sweet, curious little girl, she is Casey's younger sister. She is eight years old, and she is quite shy around strangers, though she warms up to others quickly and will chatter away until she drops. She has a very creative spirit and loved coloring, drawing, and playing in paint. She most definitely isn't afraid to get dirty. She loved to go exploring the city, often without permission or telling Casey where she is going. She always seems to find her way back, though. She and casey both have matching necklaces that say, 'A sister is a forever friend' on an ornate little ring, and though she is supposed to have Alice's wedding ring as an heirloom, Cassy has it put away in a special place inside her apartment that she built in. The apartment owners don't even know about it.

Allistor Fletcher

Casey's late father, a hard working man. He was a bit young to have a child when Casey was born, but he was a great father nonetheless. He was always very serious about grades and made sure she was doing well in school so she could make it through, and not end up like him; having to work away from family and in constant danger. Even so, he was very humorous, always making others laugh. Because of his sense of humor, Casey was much more tomboyish and she wasn't 'grossed out' by boy things like burping and farting. Yep, her father was real mature. Even so, he had Alice hold onto his wedding band to give to Casey is he ever died.

Alice Fletcher

Casey's Late step-mother. She was a kind, caring, and patient woman, well know and loved in the community. She worked in a school as a kindergarten teacher when she was killed and the whole community in the area she lived in felt great loss without her. Sadie took the hardest hit, only finding comfort with Casey for a while.

Kiyoko Fletcher

Casey's mother. She and Casey don't talk much anymore, she just sends small amounts of money here and there to help her daughter. She spends most of her time and money on booze, though she still loves her daughter more than anything and the same goes for Casey.

Rylan rolled his eyes, smiling. "Sure, you win. Whatever you say." He kept walking, shivering a bit when a breeze swept through. Not that it was cold today, eh just felt a bit chilly personally.
