Victor takes a bite out of his hot dog. he looks at Luke looking arrogant, though he wasn't in the slightest. Victor knew all too well Luke was part vampire and knew that they were probably equally matched, even if Victor trained constantly. Vampires were impossibly strong when whoever they're fighting isn't aiming for the kill. "Going to try again?"

Charlie sees movement int he water and swears he saw a mermaid, er, man. he blinks, eyes wide.

"You're not worth my time." Luke muttered, fidgeting under all the stares of the now forming crowd. The last thing he wanted was to be someones entertainment. He crossed his arms and started to walk away.

"That is it." Luke turned around to face the guy once more. Instead of waiting for an opening he just ran right into him, tackling him to the ground. He was about to punch the guy but instead and glared at him. "Who's pathetic?"

Victor rolls back, kicking Luke off towards the crowd, getting up and taking another bite of hot dog. he'd made sure it hadn't hitt he ground. he'd get really made if it went to waste. he looks at Luke, "Come on then. You know, to make it interesting, we could make a bet."

Luke stumbled a little before regaining balance. The kick had taken the breath right out of him and it took him a while to respond. "A bet?"

"Yes, if you win you get something and if I win I get something and it can be anything you want." Victor takes another bite of hot dog. "Like if I win you have to have dinner with me."
