Jag gave a quick nod, swinging her legs back and forth absentmindedly. "Hmm. Probably won't cause us too much trouble. It's ridiculous: they hunt us like wild animals, and half the time they die by something else. If I never see a hunter again, it'll be too soon!" she exclaimed.

Being the only one in camp, Absinthe was forced to stay there. She walked over and poked at the small, smoldering fire that was slowly dying in the middle of camp. Sitting crossed legged, she sat and stared into the fire with a calm look upon her face. She eventually lay down and used her knapsack as a makeshift pillow. It was a good time for a nap.

After finishing his meal, Caspian's muzzle and chest were now drenched in blood from his messy eating habits. He left the torn-apart the carcass as he padded into the underbrush to shift back and change. Since his upper body was covered in blood, he left his shirt off, revealing a well muscled but scarred chest and back. He walked back into the forest to where he had seen a creek earlier. He found it and placed his shirt on a rock, dipping his hands in the water and taking large gulps of the clear water. Washing his chest by splashing water onto it, he was soon clean and dripping with water.

'Then you've never met me.' she grinned at Nyoka. 'Name's Phyre by the way. Yours?' she prompted.

"Nyoka. Nyoka Ryuu Jin." Nyoka replied. "And no, I don't believe I've ever met you."

Phyre grinned. 'You know, you're alright, Nyoka. I think I'll stick around. I could use some company.' she sat down again, and laid out all eleven of her arrows. 'One's missing.' she murmured, and ran over to the bushes. 'There it is!' she grinned, waving it in the air.

"It's fine with me, I suppose." Nyoka replied, a bit begrudgingly. "Just don't impale or shoot me if I offer you food. Or anything else."

Phrye smiled widely. 'You're safe. Just chill.'

'Yeah. Personally though, I don't see the reason for any of us being here. I mean, if we're the last of the human races, then shouldn't we have some sort of purpose? I feel like I could crawl off and die and it wouldn't matter.' Kika said dejectedly.

Jag turned to the other girl, mouth open and gaping a bit. "What?!?! You gotta be kidding! I think that's why we are here- we are supposed to be the next race of sorts. We are supposed to bring back the world!" Jag grimaced. "But the hunters won't even let us live in a nice house and eat snacks or anything! They just keep coming and coming." Her grip tightened on the branch she was sitting on, and her eyes were blazing thinking about the hunters.
