Noelle has a slim build, looking fragile but actually a bit strong due to her past as an active gymnast. She stands at 5"7, weighing in at 118 lbs. The girl has an average chest size and pale skin. Noelle's eyes are a shady blue-grey mix, appearing to be a light blue in certain lights. She has bleach blonde curled hair that hangs down right below her chest. There are a few black streaks within her blonde hair.

Noelle wears unique clothing, usually the sort of things you would see in 'Hot Topic'. The things she always wears no matter what outfit is her Jack Skellington Messenger bag(which contains her art supplies, sketchbook, and pistol), GIR hoodie, Hollywood Undead Bracelet and Friday the 13th shoes.

Noelle is seen as a quiet girl at first, her shyness being her 'protective wall'. She prefers to be alone when she is tired or angry, enjoying the peacefulness that comes with seclusion. But once you get past all of that "quiet, shy girl" act, you will see the more electrified side of Noelle. She is easily excited and enjoys a good laugh(even if her laughing does get her in trouble in some cases...). Sometimes, her friendly and warm side comes out... but only if she is a bit more serious. The teenage girl loves being a challenge for others and loves competition or dares. Hell, if she was dared to, she'd face Slender Man himself! Noelle is a bit hard-headed and happy-go-lucky, always wanting to break the rules and not listening to other's words of warning. She sometime's sees herself as a rebel but doesn't like labels. Other than that... Noelle is short-tempered and has a sharp tongue. She has a bad bark and bite so it wouldn't be the best idea to mess with her..
