Aradia stood with all the other girls at the town square. The lady from the Capitol came up and did her whole boring speech and Aradia looked around. Her attention suddenly went back to the lady when she called, "Aradia Janae Malone."

"John Micheal Diedre." the lady from the Capitol announced. John stood there, stunned for a moment. She called who?! Then, his legs were moving out of the crowd while his head was screaming, "NOOOO!!!" He was pushed on stage by the Peacekeepers and shook hands with the girl, then was whisked away to the good-bye rooms, the called it.
