Dakota eyed the groups of boys agirls, whispering promises, socializing, looking for weaknessess- but Dakota knew the ultimate way to kill others- be a target. Let them come to you. Dakota thought over her plan in her head. First.... Dakota was thoughtless. She didn'tk now where to start. She needed one thing, only one... and alleigance.

Kaitlin sat in the train by herself.The boy tribute was off again and either way he never sat with her.She was scared and alone.She almost cried feeling her locket."Why" she asked herself "Why me why not...." she stopped.She knew that doing this others would be safer almost there almost done with this.She knew that she would soon be dead or safe in her shed.Oddly enough in a way she felt safer in the games.

Dakota looked up, and saw a girl, strong enough, holding a locket. Her mind wandered. If she was to have an alleigance, then it needed to be good. She needed to know more about this girl. My darned eyes! she thought. Her eyes make her look untrustable, a weapon and a curse. "Hey..." She wandered. "I'm Dakota..."

Kaitlin looked up "Oh I'm sorry was i in your seat" she almost whispered looking at the girl.She looked down "I will move" she said grabbing her bags.She had seen the girl she was from district 10 one above her district.Kaitlin sighed"I am Kaitlin" she said realizing this girl meant no harm "Kaitlin Storm Rose Venn" she said "i am from District 9 and i work at a hospital" she looked at her hands chaffed from the cleaning supplies that ate away and her skin

Dakota blinked in surprise. "No, no! Your not in my seat!" sh said, smiling and absolutely gushing. "It's just... well, I'm not that strong," She lied. "I'm scared I'm going to die. I mean, of course only one person won't die, so the odds aren't entirely in my favor... So, I was just wondering, what's your.... like... talent. I'm good with a small wooden spear. But, I'm not so great..." Dakota as already regretting talking to this girl. Not because she couldn't easily lie herself out of it, but because this girl is weak. Something that won't help, in her case.

Kaitlin sighed "I guess i am....I hunt sometimes.....Mostly use my handgun..and my pocket knife....But i move fast i can lift three times my weight.And i remember most anything.Effie wears a wig, Katniss and Peeta were the first two to get out of the hunger games together alive" she siad
