((Er... well, yeah, pepper spray hurts his eyes and stuff.xD Well... he's going to half-fight her now if she attacks him again...))

"Or you'll what?" Zarek's voice was a low purr, taunting her even when she was threatening him. He was fast, really fast, because of being a spider hybrid he could move like one, and that was very helpful. Without even tensing up to give the clue as to what he was about to do, Zarek slapped Lia's hand away and pressed a hand across her neck. "Do all you woman PMS like this? Temper temper." With that he shoved the girl with surprising strength, intending for her to fall off the stage, but getting her away from him would be fien too, as long as she didn't get that damn close.

NACU tensed up, immediately his mind whirring with ways to fix the situation. Lia was up there, she was bound to get hurt and she was definitely NOT some soldier, more of a relief effort for lack of a better term-and a damn helpful one for sure-plus, Velius was still being held captive by the two cops. Two people he could fit into the category 'civilian', and they were bound to be in trouble soon. But what was he supposed to do? He'd have to get close to help them, but then they might be hurt by their captors... well, he was sure he had to do SOMETHING. And he really had to, it was beginning to get to him to be standing still like this, he was more or less programmed to reacte, but he wasn't used to these things. What could he do...?

OOC: BOO YAH. *Chuckles evilly* Just don't go having her hurt in the mind or body too badly XD

BIC: Being shoved away, Lia let it take her for a second, until she gained her balance almost instantly and spun away from the edge of the stage. As she spun, she took the pepper spray out of her pocket, used for certain situations, and aimed it right at Zarek's eyes. It might not kill him, but it would hurt like hell and incapacitate him for a minute or two. Being close enough to him, she sprayed it right into his eyes, not even caring that everyone else was there. If he dropped to his knees, she could hurt him from there.

Aislyn glanced at NACU, surprised to see how much he seemed to be thinking about this situation. She shrugged, finding it amusing, especially when Lia sprayed Zarek. "Bastard deserves it," she muttered.

Zarek swore under his breath when he saw her pulling out the pepper spray, and quickly decided he'd better do something before his eyes got damaged. When Lia sprayed it at his eyes he pulled off a completely ridicuklous trick, he back flipped into a handstand then vaulted from that position back onto his feet, well away from being burned, but he still got some of the spray in his mouth, and it wasn't very comfortable. He coughed a few times, glaring at Lia and dashing at her, pivoting so he was behind her at the last minute, reaching out to grab some of her hair. "Seriously? Pepper spray? What are you, an old woman?"

NACU shrugged, he dfeinitely didn't disagree, but still, the two were continuing to sort of... well, it wasn't really fighting, more like violent arguing at this point. He HAD to do something, she was in some dnager, at least Velius was safe, but he really had to do something. As if emphasising the point, the nanomachines in hsi body began to hype up, which felt a lot like someone had released crazy ants into his body, and it was NOT a good feeling.

Barely seeing that Zarek was about to dask behind her, Lia managed to dodge away, feeling his hand brush against her head as she did so. That had been incredibly close. He was faster than she had given him credit. Breathing slightly harder, she glared at him, pepper spray still in her hand. "No. Just very prepared for idiots like you," she told him, trying to figure out when it would be best to spray it in his eyes. If she could do that, then she could hurt him much, much more. She wasn't sure if she would be able to spray him in the first place, but she might as well try. What had she to lose?

((Should I have someone talk to AIslyn or someone else now? NACU's kind of in his own little world...))

"If you were prepared for someone like me you wouldn't have brought some damn pepper spray." Zarek retorted, wondering if he should fight her or just try to push her off the stage. Then again, there was another option... "Pathetic little brats should watch their tempers." He sneered before turning and running at her again full-speed, making it look as if he were going to slash at her, then following with another feint, faking a kick at the back of her knees before he used his real plan, shooting a web at Lia.

OOC: All of my characters are open at the moment, except for Hecate and Lia XD So really, talk to any you feel like :3

BIC: Aislyn was watching all of this with huge curiosity, then turned to see NACU. "You know, you could stop Zarek by either A. shooting him, or B. letting the Shaman stop him. Sort of obvious, really."

Lia had been prepared for him to slash her, but instead, he kicked the back of her knees out from under her. If only he would try to attack her! She could handle that with another attack, because of the lessons she took on self defense. Thinking that he would attack her once she was on the ground, she rolled to the side as fast as she could. That kick to her knees had been painful, but luckily, the spiderweb wasn't. It just attached her left arm to her side. Quickly, she tore off as much as she could so that her arm was free again. Launching herself upward, her eyes watching Zarek, she snarled, "Want to try something else?"

(( :'( i really want to cry. i miss this SOOOOOOOOOOO MUCH! it was WAYYYYYYY TOO MUCH FUN TO STOP! i am so upset i can't continue. even ask Midnight. i don't have any time for ANYTHING! i barley finish hw and barely sleep. i will treasure all of you guys 4 ever. i never really said good bye. i MIGHT try....to read over..a little. and. the last charrie u want to kill of mine. dramatic please. good job on getting trevor PSYCHO! wish i can read it. i still feel sad on days i need the computer for homework. and see the C-S icon saved at the top..:'(:'(:'( is there any way you can forgive me??? like. i know during winter break...ill have some spare time....i don't know. but i miss this so much. don't have the pets anymore. at least...i think. i think i missed...2 months. worth of pets..oh well. even halloween. my favorite holiday. :'( i do want to cry. really really really HARD! even know i'm supposed to be witting 2 essays. which im not....-_-' but. i love you guys. i do. CS is AMAZING! best website ever! next to fb. JK! this beats stupid face book by a LOT!

NACU gave her an annoyed look. "Really, you are an idiot. If I tried to shoot him I'd either miss at the speed they're running up there, or I'd shoot someone else by accident, and that might be either Lia or Velius. And even you should know that it's much harder to control someone when they know you're doing it, and he's likely prepared to resist her this time."

Zarek chuckled, amused that Lia had tried to rip his web. "Well, I think that worked pretty fine. Try holding well, anything now." He taunted, motioning to her arm that had originally been covered in the web, then to the hand that she'd used to tear at it. Both would be practically impossible to move. "My web isn't normal, you know. You've basically got yourself stuck in sticky concrete that only I can touch without getting trapped to it. Congratulations." He clapped his hands sarcastically, immediately sprinting forward like a purple-clad bullet and attempting to knee her in the stomach while using the momentum from his speed to increase how hard the attack would hit, ready for counterattacks after his own training. It wasn't self defense, but working with demon gang members to learn how to battle was pretty effective, to say the least. Or, it was if you didn't try sparring, then you just tended to break things, namely, bones.

BIC: Aislyn huffed. "Well, fine, be that way. I thought it would make things more interesting." She rolled her eyes, decided she was done with the whole conversation, then pushed past NACU and into the crowd.

Well, at least she could move both of her arms. The pepper spray was basically stuck to her hand now, and Lia had to be careful not to touch anything else. "Seriously? You freaking just sprayed me with a web? Are you kidding me?" This was all so ridiculous! But how could she even give up now and not have any of her pride gone? Seeing him coming, Lia barely managed to move to the side and avoid it, but she did manage to get a good enough angle to spray his eyes with the pepper spray and have a hope of it hitting him.
