Kitayla was still sleeping on the bench outside in the garden. Rowan looked outside and decided to go outside too. She opened the window with her feet and flew outside. The air was moist, but Rowan just ignored it and started flying around over the village. She stopped a few times to catch some mice, but mostly just flew. Rowan looked down at the streets and wasn't so surprised to see hardly anybody was outside. Who would want to be in that kind of weather?

Jasper smiled as he adjusted his balance on Fernon’s back. Beneath him, the Leopard Griffin’s muscles rolled as she awaited orders. They stood at the edge of the cliff that looked out over Pavalon, so that the castle rose behind them. Wind whistled through his brown hair and he nudged Fernon slightly. The griffin didn’t hesitate. She bounded forward and leapt from the sheer cliff, diving straight towards the ground. At the last possible moment, however, her beautiful wings shot out and carried them up into the air. Jasper Edward Wolfbane felt exhilaration race through them as wind buffeted them from all sides, embracing them in it’s chilly current. He grinned and turned Fernon towards the town, deciding it would be nice to get out of the palace and go to the marketplace. He was disguised, of course. He wore simpleton clothes and dirt smudged his face, giving him a commoners appearance. His hair was shaggy and unkempt, instead of neat and polished. He chuckled and kept going.

Calm yourselves. **her voice was deep and slightly anxious as she turned to Raphael,forcing her green eyes away from him and turning to the North** I can lead you there..**she shook the remaining rain from her scales and puffed smoke** Stay on your guard though...the shadows are watching..**she growled stalking forward. She could easily sense the creatures inside the shade, daring them to strike at her. She spread her great wings and with one powerful push she took to the air, the sun light glinting on her bright red scales** Come! **she looked down at Raphael and Alana, waiting quite patiently for them to follow suit**

Kitayla woke up after a bit and looked around. She looked down at her now dirty dress and sighed. Deciding that she was bored and had nothing better to do, she started walking into the town. What harm could going there possibly do? It wasn't like everybody was outside anyways. Kit walked down the streets with a bored look on her face. It's more fun when people are around, she thought to herself then saw Rowan flying above her. She smiled then looked forward again.

Kitayla soon went back to the castle, unable to find anything to do in the village. She went back into her room and changed her clothes, since the dress she was currently in was wet, dirty, and uncomfortable. But, she did not change into a different dress, she put on some brown pants and a plain white tunic and some boots and her hair was up in a ponytail. She was going to practice with her sword for once. Kit picked up her sword and headed back outside to find her brother or Tobias. She needed somebody to practice with because it was very unrealistic that, if she were to fight anybody, they would be standing still like the straw dummies. And it was just more fun to practice with a living being. After a while of searching and not finding her brother, she went into the stables where she knew Tobias was. Kitayla knocked on the side of the doorway into the stables seeing Tobias there. Rowan flew into the courtyard of the castle and sat in a tree.

"Ah, good afternoon princess," he greeted her formally as there were others in the area. Reian rolled his chocolate brown eyes briefly, then went back to munching on the fruits Tobias had brought him. "What can I do for you, milady?" He asked as he bowed formally, then stood straight again.
