Lucan tilted his head, examining Ward. The other man spoke as if he was speaking to a child. It was degrading in such a way. "That you immediately assume the worst of me and that you consider me being rude at the moment," he told Ward simply, not sounding angry at all. It was a fact and nothing more to him. "It's as if you consider me an... interference of some sort. Someone you do not like." For someone else, that might have been amusing, but he just viewed it as perfectly normal.

"Oh my god..." Ward grumbled and took deep breathes to calm himself down. "Look, you don't read my mind. I knew you a long time as much as you've known me to be in charge of this place. I'd expect you to know that I treat all of my fellow police officers like friends. If you actually did read my mind, you'd know that I don't have time for pointless fights when we're about to go to war today. Actually, I wouldn't need to explain myself, but you're a vampire -- not a psychic. Therefore, I must tell you that I am really impatient and not so tolerant right now. I don't hate or dislike anyone right now, I'm annoyed. There's a difference. Now, go back to preparing, we need to have things done." This time he actually spoke like he was talking to a child unlike the last time he spoke.

Acton rolled his eyes as Aislyn snapped back at him. She was really starting to annoy him with how she was yapping at him. Before he thought of hitting her again, she flew away. Without even looking to were she went, he crossed his arms over his chest and leaned back a little. "Finally," He muttered under his breathe.


Panting heavily, Chase managed to break through the crowd and towards the band. "Hey guys!" He breathed out, unstrapping his guitar from his back. "Are you both ready?" He asked as he started to prepare his guitar. It was surprising that it was only those three, but the others wouldn't be able to go up there. Well, they didn't need a cello, violin, piano, female back-up singers, or a female singer. So that only left the bass who was also the singer, the guitarrist, and the drummer. They never really thought of having another guitarrist since Chase could handle himself.

Kenyon gave Chase a thumbs-up to show he was ready and Thorn just nodded, still looking annoyed with the whole plan in general. "Ready when you are, seeing as how you have to begin the song." The wizard added, though it wasn't like Chase was stupid enough to forget that any time soon. Kenyon tapped his drum set lightly, ready to count them in once they got the crowd seemed ready to listen.

Monique resisted the urge to laugh long enough for Aislyn to stalk off, then the wind demon cracked up. "That was brilliant. Wish you'd used your claws though." That would have hurt more than a slap, though it was clear by her tone that Monique knew that would have caused problems. "Not sure what i missed, Acton, but bravo."

((Uh...let's just say my twins dragged off Trevor when ward came in and they could stop focusing on Lucan too.xD))

BIC: Sighing, the first sign that Lucan showed any exasperation, he just put down the coffee and walked past Ward, not even bothering to respond. He didn't deserve a response, especially because he was twisting everything. The thing with Lucan was that he had lived for a very, very long time. In that time, he had learned how to read humans incredibly easily. Once all of the emotions were figured out, then it had become easy for him. Emotions passed over human's faces like images passed on a screen. No human could stop that. Apparently, Ward was too full of himself to believe that, though. Again, he sighed and walked through the compound, looking around himself.

Looks (pic is optional): Peer is average height, with thin yet muscular build. His hair is dark brown and sort of shaggy, along with dark brown eyes. He has a very innocent, mysterious, yet sexy look about him. Peer has sort of a sporty build, and can run very fast. But he never really has a reason to run.
Strengths: Running, Tricking People, Flirting, Stealing, Getting Into Trouble.. Things along that line.
Weaknesses: People who can outwit him, Fire, if he falls in love.
