Paul shouted in fury, and ended up bruised with a black eye, too. "Fine!! I get it, I get it!" he growled, and slipped away, scrambling out the door with a snarl. Taru sat on the steps, holding her thigh. When Garrett tackled Paul, Paul had ended up sinking his claws into her leg, and planted deep gashed in her leg. Taru struggled to stand, and panted, not only struggling with the pain, but the pressure and stress was building up, too. "Garrett, I don't think I can... Handle this. Please, just knock me out, a-alright," she tried to keep calm with heavy breaths, but she wasn't strong enough, and she felt herself starting to grow a bit more wild. Her canines grew about half an inch, and her eyes glazed over red. "Rrgh... Raa!!" she shouted, and staggered to her feet, trying to walk, but the wound she had was too much. Her hair had leaked out of it's pinned up bun, and laid messily over her face. "I'm sorry!" she cried, and lunged for him.

Victoria smiled, blushing slightly. "Alright, good." She said with a sigh, "That's a relief. I was worried we might get lost..." She murmured the last part, hopping onto the bike with him.

Garrett growled as he left, "Don't come back." He murmured, looking away and back to Taru. He ran over to her and kneeled down next to her. He brushed his fingertips over her wound and they became stained with tiny droplets of blood. He sighed, "Taru, I'm not going to knock you out. It would hurt much more than you think it would. His eyes widened as her eyes became red, "Taru... don't. I don't want this happening again." He suddendly flashed back to the night she left... all for the same reason. The night... she'd lost control of her true self, and let her demon side show. He flashed back to reality just in time to dive out of the way.
How did I stop her last time...? He thought, and finally realised. He quickly grabbed her arms, holding them up and stepping closer to her. Finally... He kissed her.

Taru's eyes narrowed, and she thrashed for a moment, but slowly, her demon side began to shrink away again, and she calmed. Taru drew away, breaking the kiss stubbornly and watched him with sorrowful eyes. "I'm sorry." She couldn't move with her leg and him holding her there. "I'm so sorry. I didn't mean to," Taru whispered, and rested her head on his shoulder.

Garrett looked at her sorrowfully, "It's alright. You didn't mean to, I know." He said, wrapping his arms around her waist. "Taru... I wouldn't care if you did it one thousand times... I'll love you the same forever, just like I always have. You will never know how much-...." He broke himself off, closing his eyes as he hugged her.

Taru hugged him tightly and nodded, tearing up. "I'm so stupid." She chuckled as she cried into his shoulder. "I love you too, Garrett." Taru smiled. ".... I love you, but right now, I'm trying not to bleed to death." Taru grinned and backed up, removing him from herself and looking down at her leg with a frown.

Garrett smoothed her hair slowly. He looked her right in her beautiful, silvery eyes. "Alright, you need me to wrap it for you?" He asked her. "Do you have any supplies?" He asked her.

"Yes please, and yeah, I have supplies. I'm prepared for things like this." Taru nodded, and smiled softly at him, taking his hand and giving his a quick peck on the cheek. "Thanks." She hobbled down the rest of the stairs and searched under her kitchen sink, pulling out bandages and other things. Taru finally got a good look at her wound, and gasped. ".." It looked like someone had dug their names into butter, and how clean the scores were was almost disgusting. "... If Paul dug his nails any farther into my leg, I'd probably be dead.." She whimpered.

Victoria smiled, blushing slightly. "Alright, good." She said with a sigh, "That's a relief. I was worried we might get lost..." She murmured the last part, hopping onto the bike with him.

Revving it up, Takeshi shot off, curving back and forth down the streets they had come. Passing the theatre safely, Takeshi gave her the thumbs-up and recalled the route home.

Victoria's vision blurred as they passed the late night, city scenery. The wind blew through her hair as it flowed behind her gracefully. Once they reached her house, she slowly began to get off the bike. "Thank you." She said softly, looking at Takeshi sweetly and smiling.

Garrett sat layed a thick towel on the table and sat her down on it. He took a good look at it, and finally looked up. "Taru... I think you might need stitches." He said quietly. "Do... do you have anything I can use for that?" He asked her nervously, unsure if he'd be able to fix this.

"It was no problem." Takeshi smiled and nodded back. "Tonight was fun. I'd do it again, If I could."
