Elena sniffed and wrapped her arms around him, holding him tightly. Tears streamed down her face. She wasn't sure if she wanted to tell him, but decided to anyway. "We...We got mad at eachother...and we got into a fight..I said somethings to you and you started shaking...You turned into a Gargoyle and..." She trailed off, taking a shaky breath. " I screamed and tried to get away...which only made things worse...then..then when you caught me...you hit me because you were mad..." SHe started crying at the end, burying her face into his chest. She hated looking weak but couldn't help the tears.

Elijah pulled her back again. "Just trust me!" He grumbled, his good mood gone south. "Not nice things live down that way. Now we should go before one smells you." He frowned, tugging back towards the house gingerly, afraid again that he would accidentally hurt her. Strength was so hard to handle in his new body.

Jesse couldn't help it. He opened his eyes and a small tear streaked down his cheek. He wrapped his arms around her and rested his head on her shoulder. "Its okay.." He mumbled, though it sounded no more that a breathless whisper.

Evelyn's eyes grew watery. She had asked for him to forget about it, for she hadn't wanted to listen to the answer. She slowly nodded, sad about not seeing her friends again and them not remembering her. She shed a tear though quickly wiped it away and attempted to smile, to let him know she was alright.

Ash nodded some as she took his hand, letting him lead her out of the house. She sighed happily once they were outside, perfectly happy to just be out there, breathing in the air. She smiled happily, blinking against the glare of the sun that made her hair look completely white, something that also happened in moonlight. "I love being outside..." she murmured softly, part of her wishing she had a sketchpad to start drawing the things that she saw around her, since everything was absolutely gorgeous wherever she turned.

Cael sighed, listening to her story. "My dear, I promise to never lay a finger on you when I'm mad. I've told you this before, and will continue to tell you until you believe me." He said, kissing the top of her head. "Now, just relax a little. It was nothing more than a dream, and will never grow to be anything more." I said, running my fingers through her hair.

Stephanie looked at him, seeing the tear run down his face. "I'm sorry." She said, wiping the tear away. "I didn't meant to make you cry." She said, looking at him as he gave her a hug. "I don't think it is." I whispered, looking at the floor.

"Okay," she said, now worried about what was down there, now following Elijah to the house. "I'm guessing what lives down there are not us nasty humans," she said, but not as a question, as a statement.

Josh sighed slighty and held her tightly, but care not to hurt her. He kissed the top of her head. "I..I just thought you should know the truth.." He carrssed her hair. "I'm sorry I made you sad.." He said softly. He should have just forgotten about it like she said, but he didn't and now she was upset because of him.

Elena looked up at him, sniffing. Her eyes where red and her face was wet with tears. "I know...and I do believe you...It's just..I my fears get the better of me..." She rested her head on his chest, trying to calm down a bit. She knew he would never hurt her, but she still as a little scared.

Evelyn looked up at him. "Its.. okay." She said, trying to let him know she was truly okay. She laid her head on his chest and turned towards the TV. She tried paying attention, though she had a hard time to. She couldn't help but wonder what it was to be like back home, with no Evelyn. She couldn't possibly imagine her father being alone in thehouse to fend for himself, for she had always done everything involved with the house. She sighed rather quietly.

Jesse shook his head in disagreement with her. "It will be, eventually.." He mumbled into her shoulder. He loosen his grip around her and lifted his head up from her shoulder. He looked at her as he spoke. "I know I'm just a stranger to you and your first instinct is to not believe me, but trust me.... I promise things will be okay.."

Josh sighed again and rubbed her arm. With his other hand her grabbed a blanket of the back of the couch and drapped it over them. He then wrapped both his arms around her, holding her to his chest. He kissed the top of her head. "If you say you're ok..then I believe you.." He spoke softly, his lips next to her ear.

Evelyn half-smiled and looked at the blanket. "I can make a fort with this.." She said, trying to switch topics. Shechucked softly and looked up at him. Evelyn could be such a kid at times, though its just something she never grew out of.
