All I felt was a strong wind that ruffled my hair as Hiro flew up and into a tree. I pushed all thoughts of what had just occurred out of my mind as I yanked out another feather and tucked it into the hollow of a tree. It could easily be identified as one of my own feathers since it was speckled with black splotches. Hopefully Ren would find it and know that I was long gone but if he didn't, I was sure he'd figure it out on his own. With all of that done, I unfurled my wings and quickly ascended into the air knowing that Hiro would follow suit. I'd let him decide on where he wanted to go and make this adventure more exciting for his sake.

Xmeria flew into the air quickly and saw Jinx several minutes later and said."Jinx it wasnt his fault!"

Hiro looked over at Xmeria as she flew up to them, a knowing smirk growing on his lips. The confession was pretty much completely out of the blue but hey, he'd been right. He loved it when that happened. He looked at Jinx on his other side, changing his expression back to his usual blank facade as he waited for her answer.

"Stay out of this Xmeria. Go find Ren and get going along with the rest of the flock." I glanced at Hiro then sped up, pushing myself to go as fast as I could manage knowing that Hiro's abilities would allow him to keep up and maybe even surpass my current speed.

Hiro paused and smirked at Xmeria, an odd gleam in his eye. He did an about-face in the air and headed off after Jinx, propelling himself fast enough that it took merely seconds to be at a comfortable distance away, which he maintained for a few minutes just looking down. Once he cleared his head he angled his wings up, flying directly underneath Jinx.

Xmeria sped up quickly and said "I KISSED HIM! HE DIDN'T DO ANYTHING WRONG!!!"she continued to fly with her and repeated it so she could know that he didn't do it

Axel smirked after they pooped into place he shot a fire ball at a falling leaf and it burned and died in 1 second

"Xmeria, I don't care anymore now go back to the flock before I make you." I'd never been particularly close to Xmeria so I wouldn't lose any sleep over giving her a few scrapes and bruises if she kept following us. I sighed softly then looked down at Hiro. "Just choose where you wanna go and I'll be happy to follow."

I take out a purple pen and decide to start writing. I might as well. There isn't much to do around here. I don't even know where half of the flock is. Maybe just in the dark corners of the cave. I really don't know.
A dark day is soon to don upon my family. I can feel it. I don't know how or when, but something is going to tear us further apart then we already are. I can't even diminish my own personal feelings.
