Nightshade glitched for a second, caught off guard by the kiss. She soon snapped out of it when he lead her away again.

Tink nodded in reply, doing as he said. Megatron's faceplate filled the screen with a smirk. Spitfire ran in, having heard Ironhide's comm.

"Optimus." Megatron said, his smirk widening more. "You seem worried about something."

seeing a message was being broadcasted
she grew scared honestly
this couldn't be good
she almost gasped and hid behind mirage seeing megatron

the blue mech woke from his nap when he heard a commotion
he sat up, rubbing his optics and walked over
he saw a message was going to be broadcasted
he stood near his cousin and watched with concern
seeing it was megatron, he stood back

Jazz and Nightshade made it to the hanger within a minute or so. The special ops. agent frowned upon seeing Megatron’s smug face. “What does he want now?” He murmured quietly.

Optimus’ optics narrowed. “Megatron. To what do we owe the honor of this message?” He asked, though clearly was displeased and suspicious.

"Who knows, but it can't be good." Nightshade replied softly. She didn't like this at all.

"One of my warriors found something that you seemed to have lost, Optimus. Does this look familiar to you?" Megatron replied, his face disappearing after his question to be replaced by another feed. It was Fang, laying motionless in a holding cell. Everyone present could clearly see that he was badly injured, his fur messy and ruffled.

Tink gasped softly, covering her mouth with both hands in shock. She trembled, tears forming in her eyes. She always saw Fang as a little brother, but to see him like this...

Jolt drive stayed hidden behind mirage.
She had heard of megatron but never saw him upclose
Not in battle, not in a message nothing
Seeing him now made her scared.
She yelped peaking from behind mirage
seeing fang near megatron made her anxiety of the situation worse

Mirage used his arm to create a small guard so jolt Drive felt safe.
He knew what megatron was capable of
It wasn't too good intentions if he called
much to his dismay, this was true
He was shocked seeing fang in megatron' grasp

In an instant both Ironhide and Jazz were in an uproar. “You slagging cowards!” Ironhide growled. “When I get my hands on you, there won’t be anything left to scrap!”

Usually Jazz was a calm bot, but seeing the Decepticons treat a youngling in such a way outraged him. “Don’t you Decepticons ever know when to stop? This is a new low, even for you!” He yelled.

Optimus remained silent for a moment, letting his mechs voice their anger. “Megatron, what is it you want?” The leader asked. While his exterior remained calm, inside he was in pieces.

Nightshade trembled, holding onto Jazz's arm. She knew Megatron was cruel, but she never thought he'd harm a youngling.

"I'll fry your frame so hard that not even The Pit will recognize you, you sickening scrap pile!" Spitfire yelled, heat starting to radiate off her.

Megatron only laughed at their threats. "Simple, Optimus. A trade. The mutt for the traitor."

Seeing it all made Jolt feel sick again
But she had to bear it.
She just hoped they could save fang
Then jolt Drive realised what megatron meant.
"You're not getting either!" She yelled.

Mirage grabbed his cousins arm as she retaliated
"Do not engage, he just wants more faces to anger"
He told her

“We don’t trade lives, Megatron!” Jazz replied, glaring at the mech on screen. “Yeah, and how do we know you’d keep your promise? If you’d sink this low, your word means nothing!” Ironhide joined in.

Optimus raised his hand, quieting the angered Autobots. “I will speak with Megatron alone. Please leave.” Jazz was about to object, but got a silencing glance from the leader. Confused and worried, both Jazz and Ironhide left the room. They knew better than to argue with Optimus.

Spitfire growled before storming off. This couldn't be happening.

Tink trembled before running off to the med bay. She quickly grabbed her things, knowing Optimus would have a plan.

Nightshade followed Jazz, still in shock. The mech was just a youngling, far too young for war. Then a terrifying thought struck her. "Oh, Primus no."


Once everyone had left, Megatron spoke. "Well, Optimus? What will it be? The life of the traitor or the mutt?"
