Steve frowned, rolling his eyes. "Wow, for being the apparent 'god of mischief', you're no fun," dang it, Gabriel totally saw threw his plan. He figured he could have gotten the truth from him, since you know, everybody loved the soldier that was out of his time. His patriotic shield turned into the golden staff, the super soldier transforming into Thor's mischievous brother. "I fought in a mini war before, I'll have you know. I 'died' and became King. Easy enough for me!" He said in a surprisingly cheery manner, although frowning. "Excuse me for only knowing his last name. That's what the misgardian Hydra leader Pierce called him. Unlike you, I have alliances to take over the world with. I'm the leader of course," that's what Loki said about the group of nine villains, but in reality, it had been Victor and Norman that came up with the idea. Adding Hydra leaders into the group, along with AIM leaders, gave them an advantage. After the Battle of New York, they wanted Loki.
Clint nodded, agreeing with Katniss one hundred percent. "If that city ends up being a Hydra base-" he meant to say more, but he stopped. They had already been through so much, he didn't need to put more miserable thoughts into the minds of his new alliances, or, truce buddies. Besides, with all these weird happenings, Barton was doubting it was the evil group's doing. Guards and advanced technology would've been upon them, not purple force fields and flying mysterious things that fought a hoard of birds only Katniss was familiar with. He started walking, before a flash of blue zoomed by. Hawkeye leaped backwards, something fairly familiar about the force that passed them. Then again, Sombre had similar glowing powers. But could she run as fast as one of his new team members? He wasn't sure if he would doubt it, but there was the possibility she didn't have that much speed. "I think we should hurry up, because I think I saw something..."
"It's got to be. I mean, unless you know of any giant lizards that existed at one point that could be on this heck hole-" Helga paused, muttering another swear about the island, "I mean this wonderful paradise of an island that has brilliant surprises around every corner!" The spy said with so much false enthusiasm, it was as if her voice was dripping from it. "Well, if you want to see it, you have to climb your little self up here. Keep Bovril on watch in case that thing comes back. I have no doubts that your little....friend....will warn us," Sinclair looked down upon Bovril with distaste.
Indominus Rex wasn't sure exactly what he was feeling beneath his large feet, narrowing his eyes at this creature in front of him with curiosity. He saw no mouth, wondering how it had spoken earlier. Suddenly, he felt himself go flying back, the wind knocking the air from his lungs instantly. It felt like the time the Tyrannosaurus had rammed into his side, trying to knock him down. Except she didn't send him flying into the air. Quickly thinking, the dinosaur crossbreed extended his legs, flailing his tail to get balance. Instead of hitting the ground on his side with a slam, he dug his claws into the ground, the dirt flying everywhere. Indominus then proceeded to straighten out, still standing straight, with his forelegs digging in the ground as well. A trail of scratch marks led from his original footprints, showing the distance he traveled. "Did you, by chance, feel that?" Rex had some suspicion, as the one eyed being hadn't flown back as he had, also taking into account Indominus weighed a considerable amount more than Val'Koz.
Pietro had never had a pet before, but found Toothless' smile, consisting of nothing but gums, to be actually adorable in a while. A smile broke out on his face, before turning towards the direction Hiccup had pointed in. Grabbing the two once more, Quicksilver took off, passing a group of people on the way. He barely noticed them, as he all he could see out of his peripheral vision was the dragon, the Viking, and his blue glow. He was surprised with himself, for keeping a decent speed while carrying a boy and a dragon. If he ever got back, he'd have to tell Thor and Bruce that was getting stronger. Although, he never had the courage to challenge the god and Hulk. He stopped again, as they entered the town. It was deserted, broken down, old, and a mess. Debris lay everywhere, but the concrete buildings did look actually a bit livable. "Well, I was wrong. I guess it's not them," he mumbled, shrugging. "Them, being Hydra." He then happened to look up, at this beanstalk. Wasn't that from some children's fairy tale? Pietro was suddenly very confused.
