(( Rynn only trains those whom dragons are big enough to ride... Or probably teens, but still able to be ridden ))
"At the foot of Mount Tibor, surrounded and outnumbered,
the Order's only chance lay in this sword - the Runeblade.
The weapon was borne by the warrior Heron, and the dragon, Arokh.
As the armies clashed, Navaros entered a mystic trance,
drawing power for a massive spell of destruction.
With the stolen strength of his dragon's soul,
Navaros had grown far mightier than any mage before him.
As the words of destruction rose to his lips,
a lone dragon came shrieking from the clouds,
weaving amidst the streams of lightning and fire that flooded the sky.
On Arokh's back, Heron gripped the Runeblade in both hands,
and with one final cry,
drove it deep into Navaros' blackened heart.
All sound went silent somehow, in the moment of the act.
The tremendous forces Navaros had summoned were unleashed without direction.
The clash of swords was heard no longer, and blackness hung over the field.
When at last the smoke cleared, the two great armies lay decimated.
Where Navaros had stood, a wound-like rip had been torn in the very fabric of space.
In the smouldering crater below, Heron lay dead, the Runeblade broken in two at his side.
In that blackened pit, only the dragon Arokh still clung to life..."Legend of the Order of the Flame,
of Arokh the Hero
and Heron the Mighty Rider

(( oh, ok. So, Rynn's class starts in a minute. ^^ ))
Rynn unmounted Arokh and got up with the teachers "Welcome, young dragon riders!" she greeted warmly with a smile "I am Rynn, and I will teach you two of the most important things - bareback riding and soul connecting. The lessions are only for riders whom dragons are big enough to ride. Whoever thinks they are ready, please, raise your hand." she looked at the crowd.

"I'll be teaching hand to hand and weaponry combat" said Tamesis clearly, looking out to the croud of youngsters. And I'll take the younglings to train stamina and fire breathing" came Caderyns voice, which Tamesis repeated out loud for all to hear.
Morgan looked towards the teachers, biting her lip. Her eyes flickered to Ziva for a sppilt second, and she couldn't help but thinking of how different they were. Perhaps they did need to connect. Slowly, she raised her hand at Rynn's voice. She walked forwards, out of the croud. A few seconds later, having realised that Morgan wasn't by her side, Ziva bounded forwards, skidding to a halt beside Morgan. "It will be an honor to train with you" murmered Morgan, her fingers touching her eyebrows in greeting with a slight bow.
EDIT: It just occured to me that this was the complete opposite to what you (Unknown Child) had said in your last post. I can change it as soon as you want, as no one has interacted with Tamesis :3

Arokh landed beside Rynn and looked at the young dragons "I will teach yong dragons to discover the 2 other breath attacks between fire. They are - ice and lightning. It sounds hard, but trust me, you will need them in battles. All youngsters, willing to learn, meet me in the forest by the lake." he could communicate not only by mind. He flew off. Rynn looked at the girl that came to her "Hello, rider. What might your name be?"

{{I must ask, have you read the Eragon books? Dragons can't speak aloud or breath ice/electric :3}}
"I am Morgan" the young woman said, her pale blue eyes sharp with a glint of excitement hidden. She set her feet apart, her hands behind her back. "I feel that..." she looked up at Ziva who was bobbing her head up and down slightly, "I feel that Ziva and I aren't connecting well. We are so...different." Ziva's head snapped to Morgan, a look of shock on her face.
Morgan? came her soft whisper. Ziva was unable to hide the pain from her speach. She had thought that they were perfect, one. She took a step away from Morgan, her scales shifting to a pale green in the sunlight. Her long tail swished through the air, and a resounding crack was heard, like a whip.
Morgan didn't look at Ziva, but instead focused her mind on Rynn, her face expressionless. She built a wall of defenses around her mind to stop Ziva from contacting her.

(( I wish I did, but I only managed to read Brisingr, cuz my mother wouldn't buy the others >.< But Arokh is a dragon of the Elder Breed, he can do beyond it. He can speak aloud, because his breed can, unlike the rest of the dragons. But okay, we will remove the electricity... Ice is a really handy weapon! ^-^ ))
Rynn looked at Morgan and Ziva "Okay, we can start. Into the woods." she said as few of the riders went around the crowd, wanting to start lessions. Rynn putted her hand on Morgan's shoulder "Its okay, you two are really well connected, I can say. But the way I'll connect you, you won't realise how I did it. Trust me, you wont need saddles to do it in fights." she winked secretly at the girl, then looked at Ziva and lightly slided her hand on the dragon's smooth head. It was her tactic to calm the dragon's nerves.

0oc; DiamondAncient, there is a reason you are supposed to have read all three books before trying to roleplay here. The Inheritance saga, like LessThanThree said, is full of information and reading only Brisingr, the last book thus far in the series, is not going to help you to roleplay properly here when most of the information we will be using (seeing as this is about training of the dragons and riders) is from the first and second books. Just because your mother won't buy the books doesn't mean you can't go to a library and check out the first two books there. You need this information if you're going to have a character that will be teaching other Riders. Otherwise you have no business being here.
Also... Dragons do not use Runes to breathe anything other than fire. Fire is the sole element that they breathe. This is not part of the Forgotten Realms.
