Legolas bowed his head to his father and replied "You were sleeping, probably a good thing..." he said, that last part quietly. He then added to his statement asking "Why, where you sleeping on your throne?" E gave a weak smile then pulled his bow out to examine it.

Húlden dismounted and ran through the halls of the Elvish kingdom. He soon came upon King Thranduil and his son. She bowed and said "I bring urgent news from Rohan King Thrandual"

Thranduil sighed before putting his sword back in its proper place. "That is none of your concern," he stated stubbornly, eyes narrowing as he glared halfheartedly at Legolas. The elvenking's attention was then shifted over to Hulden, "get on with it then," the male elf said in a slightly cranky tone of voice, then immediately regretted being so hostile all of a sudden.

Faeron sighed he was walking in front of Saelweth mostly because it was his duty to protect also his duty to speak on her behalf as well until asked not too as she did have a child to look after and keep an eye on he glanced behind just to make sure that him being in front of her was okay and got a nod from Saelweth as if she was silently telling him it was fine without him even asking.

Saelweth shifted Helrenthrad a little so that he would be a bit more comfortable the kid had fallen asleep already which was understandable as it had been rather long day for the young elfling.

Thranduil's eyes widened slightly, knowing that Mordor would be active only if Sauron was back...or at least trying to come back. If they stayed, everyone would die. The creatures lurking within Mordor were ruthless and savage. They would just keep coming in waves until every last elf in Mirkwood was slain. But if they evacuated, where would his people go?

"Then what do you suggest milady?" He asked, no longer hostile and cranky but now worried.

Saelweth sighed glancing at Faeron who seemed to step towards the throne "A vision is troubling and it's rare for people to have them at all but we cannot be sure if the threat is even immediate so such news while it is trouble there is no way to know what will come to pass" Faeron said and added "forgive me for the interruption I only speak on behalf of Saelweth the snow elven queen" Faeron said Saelweth was standing behind him out of view for she was unsure about thranduil and his reaction towards her for the moment.

Saelweth sighed waking helrenthrad up and putting down on ground and holding the kids she stepped out to stand next too faeron but helrenthrad seemed to stay behind faeron he was rather shy and seemed to let go of her hand so he could hide behind the march warden who was also a member of royal guard. Helrenthrad's pet sabrecat seemed to run up too thranduil and began to play bat at his robe with it's paws the animal seemed to be rather playful.

Tauriel sighed, "It is...complicated." she shook her head. "After you and your kin left Mirkwood to resume your journey, no Elves were allowed in or out of Mirkwood. I disobeyed that order and left anyway to fight the coming darkness...Legolas accompanied me. Legolas is Thranduil's son, but I was not so easily forgiven." she sighed, then looked at him. "...how do things fare in the halls of Erebor?"

[okay I'm restarting Bilbo one last time - I'm so sorry I promise this is the last time! This is just the easiest way to get that dang Hobbit to Mirkwood and it makes the most sense XD :]

Bilbo wasn't looking forward to heading back through Mirkwood to get home. Partially because of the Elves - he knew they didn't take kindly to outsiders - but mostly because of the spiders. He would prefer not to have any more run-ins with them, which was why he was almost tempted to go completely around the forest. But going straight through would most certainly shave a lot of time off his journey home, which was desirable. He sighed. Alright, Bilbo...just remember to stay on the path... he took a deep breath, and then dove into the depths of Mirkwood.

Aslaf sighed listening to Selphyn attempt to sing a song she stopped about half way through and had just started making them up "are you drunk" Aslaf asked looking at her as they walked through laketown leading the two large riding goats.
"when are either of us not drunk" Selphyn said drinking from the flask of wine that she had before just tossing it over to Aslaf they pretty much shared eachother cantines and whine flasks the two of tem had been traveling with eachother for years all across middle earth and they had finally reached erebor.
