Description: Otto is the oddest, and oldest of his three siblings. He has a slouched posture with golden unruly hair that partially covers his blue eyes, and chipped tooth from when he was up to no good. He became mute soon after his mother disappeared and has stayed that way forever, though he does know sign language. So whenever I say "he said," he is using his hands. He has a sort of obsession of mutated creatures and plans to make a museum out of the "specimens" he has collected, that might be his downfall because of the mutts in the arena (if there are any). His siblings are Max and Lucia (pronounced Lu-CHEE-a) and he might "talk" about them
