"Not much to see beyond the end of time itself." he muttered then laughed at her following question, "Other than the end of time, not much." he answered her smiling at her. "Why are you asking me that?" he asked her, his curiosity piqued, a simple task, now keeping it engaged, that was much harder.

"Curosity killed the cat Doctor. I'm asking questions not you." She tutted at him, reaching the end of the alley way as it opened up into, what seemed a forest clearing. Vesta called out with her mind to Ametye, who slithered out from behind a large tree and looked at the Doctor, 'greetings Time Lord, it is nice to be able to put a voice to a face' he chuckled gently, a deep rumbling in his throat. Vesta smiled and rubbed Ametyes leg, scratching under his purple scales, "Any questions Doctor?"

Baron was fairly shell-shocked by the whole ordeal... Time to get back at him though. She narrowed her eyes and got up before wiping the hostile expression off her face and replacing it with a nonchalant one. "Meh, you don't have to apologize. I can be very understanding." She walked over to the edge of the roof to stand next to him and off the the side a ways. "You know," she said with a pause and turning a bit towards him. "I never did get that oh so formal and infamous introduction of yours..."

The doctor laughed at her, "So it's question time now?" he asked her, smiling up at the dragon, picturing how it would move how the scales would shift and slide so that it wouldn't hurt itself but could also protect itself while flying, taking in it's deep green color and comparing it to natural fauna from different areas and laughed, "When did you leave?" he asked her.

Jack laughed at that, "Sorry, no doctors here to yell at me to behave not half as much fun till then" he said to her, chuckling to himself, "But you said you changed, how and when?" he asked her growing quite serious for a moment.

Baron rolled her eyes and just gave a small nod and smile. "Isn't it always..." Her voice trailed off and her smile faded at the next question. She took a breath, changing her gaze down to her feet for a moment. The memory of her first regeneration was still fresh, and she winced at it. How did the Doctor go through that so many times... She shook her head quietly. She then became entirely lost in thought and ended up staring at the clouds off in the distance.

Jack stole a glance at her, and grinned at himself, she was definitely beautiful, anyone could tell that, but just the way she carried herself, there was, just something he couldn't put a name to, no matter how man times he met her, the words were just always elusive, never quite wanting to be found, never knowing ow to come out, and so he decided from now on, he would ignore those elusive and annoying words. He looked out over the city as well, hands folded behind his back, almost like the captain he wasn't.

The Baron etched out a few more lines in the towering clouds before coming back to reality. She glanced around, turned her head behind her and took another breath. "Well," she said with a smile "I've got people to kill. You've got people to flirt with." She shrugged and sauntered over to a patch of air which she, of course, unceremoniously ran into. "Found it..." she muttered before feeling around for the door.

"And disasters to avoid." he reminded her, following her, opening the door for her, smiling as he did so. "Lose something?" he asked as he gestured for her to go on in.

She smirked. "Yeah, I think I've lost my mind." She grinned wildly and disappeared inside.

He followed her and closed the doors behind him, "You never needed that." he answered, "Neither did the doctor." he added as he walked up into the main control room with her.
