Hey everybody. I'm looking for some good RPs. I'm not very strict with the Lit, semi-lit, or one liners. I prefer Semi-lit, but any works with me. I do have a few notices. I am on almost 24/7, but it's using my IPod. If I have a smaller post than most, it might be because it's hard to judge how big it is by normal CS satandards. But hey! That's better than never being on. I can do sorta pretty posts, but please don't expect me to go all out. It's waaaay to hard. I will do my charries name in Red and bold with .::. On either side. I will also put their speach in red and bold. my main character that I play will be in red, usually being my girl. My guy if i play one will be in this shade of Blue.

There are people from our world that are all in some kind of trouble. Be they criminals or sick in bed with some serious disease, they all long for a way out of the world they live in. Their wish is granted when they are transported from their world into another, more magical one, and all of their problems appear to be fixed. The sick find themselves to be healthy again, and the criminals are finally free, the burden of the crime they have committed seemingly lifted from their shoulders. The world, as well, looks to be a whimsical, happy place where nothing could go wrong. But as they wander deeper into it, they find out that not everything is as it seems...

Note: Uncut version of the plot and setting will be sent to all participants.

We are currently looking for TWO more people! The RP hasn't started yet and there are two powers left to choose from. If you want to apply then please be at least semi-literate-low literate-literate. The RP is ranked somewhere at semi-literate to low literate, and we're not asking for twenty paragraphs or anything, but you must be able to write at least two good paragraphs or more. Good grammar and spelling is also a must, but some mistakes are understandable, as is writer's block.

AGAINST THE WIND

This is real. This is not a joke.
You are a solider, just being sent off to the middle east to finish the war against terrorism. You have family back home, friends, and memories. But is life ever perfect?
There were attacks all over the world. America, Italy, Great Britin, Russia, Spain, Greece, England, Frace, Ukraine....everywhere. There was no choice, really. Either stay home, or help keep your family safe. Overall, life isn't peaceful anymore.
The middle east is hot, and either pouring rain or unbeleivably dry. In the little free time you have, and joke around with your buddies, or try to get some sleep. It's rare that you get any days off because you feel sick, unless it's too much to handle. You can show no mercy if you are disobeyed by any of the people in the country, because you do not know who is your enemy, and who isn't.
Everyone will make it home, at one point or another.
But the real question is, who will be going home alive?

You hold your breath as you stare at the TV. The screen suddenly flicks to life and you see the face of a beautiful announcer. "Welcome to the 25th Anniveresery of the Triennial Forest Survival Challenge!" She says and smiles widly, showing the camera her brilliantly white, fake-looking teeth. "It is a high-stakes, action-packed contest where 18 teens compete for the grand prize of ten million dollars- all the while fighting to survive. And now to announce this year's contestents!" You see 18 names scroll on the screen and let out an audible gasp! You have managed to get into the competition! You smile widly and hug your relatives sitting nearby, then return your attention to the TV screen.
The date for the contest to begen is tomorrow, and you must be at the hotel by 3:00 PM.

You and 17 other teens (between the ages of 13 and 17) have won a contestant spot in the Triennial Forest Survival Challenge. The grand prize is ten million (american) dollars. However, getting that ten million is not a walk in the park. You have to survive harsh conditions, dangerous creatures, and evem your own teammates for three months. To be the winner you must meet these requirements:
-You must survive.
-You are the one who controls the Gun.
-You must be the leader.

And what will I be in this roleplay? Probably just Nature, but I might possibly make a character.

Greypaw scanned the depressing camp, her blue eyes tentative but sweet. The light struck the waterfall at an odd angle, throwing peculiar rays through the camp. It was beautiful sight; terrible for the death of Goldenrose. It was odd. Walking through the camp, a wave of light flickered as the water flowed between its path. With rays glittering on her pelt, the female's paws seemed quite weighted down. It was as if someone had tied lead to them, making it hard to walk the shortest of distanced. The female heard Greypaw's snide remark to Strikepaw; she hated it when other cats fought. I just made it hard for everyone else, and was not very great to hear. But then, Whisperpaw's voice turned soft and apoligized. To her. The medicine cat apprentice would melt at just a whisper of his voice; it was the most beautiful sound that she had ever heard. Replaying the sound over and over again in her head, Greypaw quickly replied, her usual stutter making her voice sound tinny and small. "I-I-I-It's alright Whisperpaw, it was all my fault anyway." For a brief moment, her eyes locked with Whisperpaw's, and it took all of her strength not to start crying. A true medicine cat couldn't have a crush, nor a mate, or even kits. So the she-cat might as well stop dreaming about unrealistic fantasies that where never going to come true. Shaking herself slightly, Gryepaw decided she needed out. Just for a minute. The apprentice needed to clear her head and focus on things that where real, and things that weren't going to happen, as well as sorting her priorities. Being the medicine cat did take it's toll on the she-cat; not that she would show it. Moving as quickly as possible, the she-cat jumped through the rushing wave of water and onto the soft forest ground. Ferns crunched under her small, delicate paws. Songbirds sang their clear, high-pitched song that echoed throughout the entire forest. The female began to walk briskly away from the camp. She couldn't think clearly with all of those other cats around her. As soon as the she-cat got far enough, a tremor of tiredness passed over Greypaw. Lowering herself, the apprentice resided to sleep.

The forest that clung to the land was quite extensive. The trees where the brightest of greens, the dirt a rich chocolate color, as well as rounded rocks and fragrant flowers dotting the landscape. These birds who sat on the branches, high above and hidden from the eye, were also singing. But their song was a bit lower, more harmonized. A bit more pleasant to listen to. It could lull someone to sleep it was so calming. A lullaby for the dead. This brilliant place could be none other than StarClan, judging of how beautiful and prey rich the area was. In a clearing filled with light blue flowers, a small she-cat lay. Her eyes where closed, though they where starting to flutter open. Greypaw was shocked to see this place, but recognized it from her other dreams from this place, due to medicine cat duties. A white striped cat sat in a corner, her face hidden by shadows. Stepping into the light, the strange cat walked towards Greypaw. A gasp escaped her lips, for this she-cat was the mother of Greypaw. She died almost two months after Greypaw was born, but the apprentice always tried so hard to remember the brief ammount of time she spent with her parent. Therefore, a hazy picture of Lightpelt [ her mother's name ] was branded into Greypaw's mind. A smile flickered on the face of the beautiful adult, smiling at her kit. Greypaw ran towards Lightpelt, tears brought to her eyes. "I missed you, mother." mumbled the apprentice. The smile widened on the warrior's face as her kit touched her, and returned the affectionate touches. Then, Lightpelt spoke. "My kit, I have longed to show myself to you before, but I couldn't contact you. I miss you dearly, and I wish I was there for you." The tears Greypaw was holding back spilled over, pure joy. Lightpelt looked at Greypaw, saying quietly, "Greypaw, I couldn't be more proud. You have an important role coming quickly; you must help your Clan. You have the swiftness of the leopard. You need to go to the Moonstone as quickly as possible. Don't waste time." With a quiet, sad goodbye, the mother backed into the shadows, leaving Greypaw alone, amidst the flowers.

The she-cat woke with a gasp. Had she really just dreampt of StarClan? With her paws beating rapidly against the forest floor, Greypaw found her way home, jumping straight through the waterfall. Shaking her fur rapidly, the she-cat found the apprentice den, shivering and scared. What was she to do? Sneak out of camp and go to the Moonstone, or alert Sparkstar? Confusion rippled through the she-cat, cold and strong.

Welcome to Roma, Italy, late 15th century.

The silent shadow of a figure stood in the dark alleyway, eyes locked on a man walking with the air of importance. A templar. The shadow moved around a turn towards the other end of the alley, watching as the man walked past. A flicker of movement was seen in the darkness of night, enough to unsettle the man, as the streets were mostly empy now. Little did he know, he was caught in a simple yet deadly game of cat and mouse. The man's stride quickened as he hurried to his destination. The shadow climbed atop a stack of crates and quickly scaled the wall of the building towards the rooftop. The man, as now evident in the moonlight, moved silently across the shingles. The target did not look up, as his gaze was focused on the streets. And even if he had looked up, he may have thought the figure on the rooftop to be one of his own archers, though he carried no bow or quiver. Unease shot through the target, and he started running down the next street. The shadow ran across the rooftop without a sound, stalking his prey. "Guards!" The man called from below, hoping to attain help. The templar slowed and drew his sword, stopping to catch his breath. The shadow came to the edge of the roof and then leaped down, a hidden wrist blade unsheathed, and landed on top of the target, plunging it into his neck. "Requiescat in pace," the assassin murmured to the dead noble. The assassin scaled the wall again and disappeared into the night just as a small group of guards came around the corner, spotting the body. The mouse was dead, the cat escaped. The shouts of the guards echoed in Roma.
We work in the dark to serve the light. We are assassins.

For centuries the assassins have been fighting the Templar order. The Brotherhood is broken, and many assassins work alone now, though it is evident that there are others in the city. They go trough their lives, making money off of assassination contracts, even killing a Templar or two when they get the chance. Yet if they are to regain peace in Rome, they must regroup and recreate the Brotherhood, or else the assassins may be no more. Remember, stay your blade from the flesh of the innocent, and hide in plain sight.
