Helrenthrad simply just clung to elrond his uncle was always a source of comfort to him it had been that way for a while. "why didn't he just say that he needed to think instead of just getting all angry" Helrenthrad asked it didn't make sense to him that he'd get all angry over thranduil and his mother being a source of comfort to eachother.

Saelweth sighed slowly getting up and walking over to tree that thranduil was near and sitting down close too him "your son said he would return he needed time to think." she said a hint of anger in her voice at legolas' actions she sighed and looked at him "still need to treat that ankle of yours" she said moving over to his injured foot she wondered if she could get some help from galadriel no one had bandaged up her hand so it was broken but she would try her best to treat the elven king's injury.

Galadriel moves over to Saelweth and produces some bandages from her cloak pocket. She helps Saelweth bandage up the king's injured, making sure that it is not too tight or loose before turning to Saelweth and politely asks, "May I see your hand?"

Saelweth looked at her and reluctantly held out her injured left hand she was glad that had finally gotten thranduils injuries even though they had ruin one of his boots to wrap the injury in first place. she was just gratful to be getting her hand fixed which she's made much worse by putting weight on it.

Galadriel carefully wraps the hand, trying to not hurt Saelweth more as she does. She makes sure that it isn't too tight or loose before tying the bandage up.

Saelweth sighed glancing at thranduil as galadriel tied her bandage she really hoped he wasn't blaming himself for most of this legolas was an adult he was responsible for his own actions and saelweth would not easily forgive the elven prince for them either.

Galadriel puts the extra bandages in her pocket and goes to collect her mare and the injured stallion. She walks back to Saelweth and ties the two horses reins to a tree close by before sitting next to Saelweth, keeping an eye on the stallion.

Celeborn skillfully caught the flask of miruvor that Elrond tossed his way and uttered a Sindarin word of gratitude; he was trickling the savory liquid into Elion's mouth in small quantities, but then the chaos broke out, and he managed to accidentally pour an entire waterfall of the stuff onto the unconscious Elf's face. He grimaced, quickly retrieving a white cloth from his clothes and trying to clean up the mess he'd just made. "That was a sorry waste of cordial," he murmured self-consciously, hoping no one had seen the minor slip-up.

Tauriel couldn't help but get a little teary-eyed at what had just happened. She was tempted to go after Legolas, but she knew that he probably needed some time to think on his own. She whirled around on everyone, feeling suddenly defensive of the Elven prince, and a bit upset that Saelweth was so quick to judge him. Obviously, Legolas should not have made such a huge display, but Tauriel had seen how little affection Thranduil usually displayed towards his son; and if he did, then it wasn't the most obvious. The Elvenking was usually so stoic and cold, and to see him opening up so much to Saelweth and Helrenthrad was probably heart-wrenching for the Elven prince. "My lady," she seethed through clenched teeth, turning to Saelweth and taking a few steps forward. "I understand that Legolas's actions were not justified, but I do not appreciate you shooting ice at my prince." She felt just as much loyalty to Legolas as she did to Thranduil.

When Legolas could see the group again, he climbed into the trees. He watched as arguments and discussions went on. He smiled as Tauriel stood up for him, and he felt like now would be a good time for him to reveal himself. He dropped down from the tree and said calmly "Thank you Tauriel." He walked over to his father and said "I am sorry dad. My actions were unjust, rude, and disrespectful. I sincerely apologise, to you and anyone else my actions may have harmed." He step one step closer to his father and hugged him. He whispered to his dad "I love you dad."

Tauriel's expression broke into a wide grin when she saw Legolas emerge from the tree. She was especially glad when he seemed repentant, and when he seized his father in another hug. The she-Elf felt her heart warm, and she relaxed a little, feeling no longer quite as rebellious. She eyed Saelweth apologetically and gave a small bow, but did not retract any of what she had said. She may have spoken on impulse, but she had meant every word, and once she formed an opinion, she typically stood by it.
