" TO be honest...you're the first one i've met." She said, picking up her blue streak again. " Oh! and yeah i could, um, show ya' around if you want." She said, dropping her blue streak when she noticed. She looked back to the lake, her blush still darkening. Cr*p! Just stop it, you're making yourself look like an idiot! She took a deep breath and calmed down once she looked at the water, her blush now just a light pink. She looked back at him, rubbing her necklace subconciously again.

"Guess i'm not the only one that has troubles talking eh?" He offered her a smile and a wink, the only charm he has was used right there. Of course he was sure his cheeks were just as rosey as hers. He picked up his feet, shuffleing one infront of the other and began walking toward the lake. Maybe she'd feel better if she was by her element? He didn't want her to catch his Doofis-ness. "Really? I'm the only Nyx kid? Your kidding me right?......." he started to feel a ball of depression knot in his chest. So he was all alone then? Great. Nothing like being alone eh? Course he was used to it so he couldn't complain. Maybe, there were other Nyx kid's out there, just waiting to come to camp...Yea...That's it. Hold onto that and maybe you won't feel so alone. Hey but atleast he made a friend!.....Sorta..... he kicked a rock down the small hill and watched it tumble over the gravel and land in the grass, unwilling to move any further then it already had.

She ran after him, stopping at his side. " Speedy, huh?" She joked, smiling softly. " And yeah, i think. As far as i know." She said, shrugging and putting her thumbs in her back pockets. She looked up at him and started a steady pace to go towards the lake.

She watched the two. They seemed like they wanted to say something, but just didn't know what to say. She felt bad for them, but at the same time were happy they had Someone to talk to. Daisy was the kind to stay behind and watch. She did like to gossip but only when it wouldn't hurt anyone.

"Wow....So my mom doesn't hook up much then." He laughed, the tone was like silver, the ringing of bells. He stared at the lake, and the creatures within it. The bright waters shining off the dusky sun, The dark and rich patterns of the deeper waters, calling out to you like a haunting, begging you to come closer, so the water could take up in and pull you under. He shook his head, with all these thoughts, he should become a writer! Then again, most of it was bumbleing like a mad man anyways. "So....Dad's...a big three....How's it like.....ya know being an important kid...and...Stufff..." Yup, again, smooth like Keith Stone, congrats Adam. Your doing a better job then most nerds do on their first date with a hot chick. NO! Not a date!...Yes it is...NO! She's showing you around, then your going right back to your cabin!....Maybe have a little swim...ADAM! ARE YOU LISTENING?...Of course not. But he ignored his silent fights and focused on the water, glancing at his guide every now and then. As they reached the water, he slid his feet out of his shoes and kicked his socks off, nudgeing his toes to the water, getting both them and the bottom hem of his jeans soaked. Not that he minded at all.

She followed him, sitting on a big rock and kicking her feet softly. " Well...i've never really thought about it...I guess i could be important, i really don't know." She said, shrugging. She got up and slipped her shoes off, wading into the shallows in her socks. She smiled as as the fish seemed to erupt with mutterings. She laughed softly and looked back at him, her face brightening up from being in the water.

She kept watching. She wanted a cool power like a child of the big three. Oh well. She is who she is. At least she could grow food to feed people.

He smiled and looked past her, at the sun set gleeming across the bay. It was almost night time, he could feel himself coming alive, just burst at the seems with excitement. His dark eyes trailed across the water and to Skylars face. "Beautiful..." He whispered and imediately flushed of all color and stumbled, not only on his words but his footing as well, causeing him to tumble forwards into the water. Well would you look at that, I went for a swim anyways...FANCY THAT! He just began laughing , shaking his now wet head, little droplet of water splashing everyware. "Well, I can see why you like it, it's fun so far" He smiled and sat in the water, trailing his finger tips across the surface lightly, drawing little celestial patterns as he did so, without knowing of course. "Kids from the big three are ALWAYS special, always have a purpose. Just have yet to know yours" His words were quiet, as he kept most of his attention focused on his hands. Mostly, trying to hide the face that his cheeks were a massive wildfire of red.

Her face blushed to a furious bright red, looking down into the water. She took her thumb with the palm of her hand and fumbled with her hair so that it covered her cheeks a little. She moved closer to him, sitting down next to him so she could hear him. " Well i don't know if i'm special or not...I'm just the silly daughter of Poseidon. Nothing really special there." She said, her words getting a little quieter. She stuck her hand in the water, playing with the fish that seemed to swim up curiously to her.

"Well! Reguardless of what YOU think" He paused for a minuet to playfully splash her "You are special..." His words could barely even be considered a whisper they were so soft, but still, they were spoken. He watched the fish and smiled "Seems you have and audience." He poked fun at the fish and shook his head, again he sprayed anybody, or anything, near him with the Lake water collected on his dark locks. "Ever wonder how your parents met? like the love story between God and Human?...I...don't remember much about anything in my past..Parents especially. Dad sent me to boarding school and there I rotted, until those imps found me." Adam rolled his eyes and sighed, sulking down deeper into the water, getting closer and closer to laying down to watch the stars speckle the orange and purple sky.
