Hera stared at her boyfriend in horror then at the other vampire."The blood, huh?"

The trap was a thick, metal loop attached to a small, stick-like peice of wood, which was stuck deep into the earth. Seth flopped back down again, his sides heaving. If somebody tried to dig up the stick it looked like it could possibly loosen the loop on Seth's paw.

He narrowed his eyes and tried to the dig the stick.

Seth felt the loop shift around his paw. He yelped and dug his claws into the ground. A deep, gash encircled the cheetah's paw. It was raw and still dropping with blood.

He grunted in truimp and stood up."Better?"

[Little Blackie]

"Just...Just a little more..." Seth replied, his bright with pain. For a moment, his gaze fixed on Hera, then it traveled back to Atemu.

He watched him to make sure he didn't hurt himslef again.

Hera walked slowly to them a low whimper in her throat.

Seth tried to dig up the stick with his other paws and he cried out again, but this time he slipped his paw out. Seth just lay there for a moment, bleeding.
