Ari raised an eyebrow, pushing the long part of her fringe out of her eyes and down the side of her face, "You need more than that to raid the capitol." She suggested simply. "What's the real plan?"

Indiana shrugged, and finally spoke after a minute of silence, "We need to pretend to be Capitol people. Peacekeepers. Snoop around, stalk Peacekeepers, see where they're going."

Ari nodded, "That's more like it," She replied, then waited for a moment of silence as she thought, "What about the tributes stylists? That's another step closer?" She suggested.

Indiana shrugged. "Eh, maybe not a good idea. They might kidnap the stylists, too."

Ari screwed up her nose a bit in thought, then slowly shook her head a bit, "Stylists are useless for information though, they learnt that in the 74th games. I don't think they will try it again."

"Yes," Indiana added, "But, they might hold stuff, and the Capitol will at least question them. If they get too close to us, and see our face... We're dead."

Ari nodded eventually and shrugged, "How are you planning on getting Peace keeper uniforms though?" She asked her

Indiana laughed, walking in a different room, coming back a minute later with uniforms. "Oh honey, that was the least of our problems."

Ari chuckled lightly then stopped, "How many of them have you got? And we can't exactly have a group of teenage peacekeepers, they'd know somethings up."

"Enough," Indiana shrugged. "We can go in groups of two, at different times."
