They fight the unknown to protect their young and find food and territory. They fight predators such as hyenas and the constent thought that if they leave their young unattended they will most likely not see them again. They battle against the vegatarians who pose threat to the young as well if in the way. There are all threats surounding these big cats from Wild Fire, Floods, Drought, and even pochers. Your job in this land is to survive and bring on your own legacy! You control your own story, your own future! But who will survive the most? That is for you to decide.

The Changed: What Are We?

This curse that is upon us started 7 years ago. We didn't know what was happening until it was too late. Wolves and dogs from near and far were being slaughtered or so we thought. One by one our numbers dwindled, our family members and friends disappearing. They were always taken in small groups and at night. We created a plan and sent out a group of three while we hide nearby. We were ready to attack, but we followed the humans after they had captured our fellow comrades.
We stayed close behind them and eventually came to a large compound. We could not enter those gates and helplessly watched as they took our unconscious comrades within that prison. We sent word home of our findings and stayed to find a way in. We tried in vain for months to save our comrades.
One day, we were finally found out and captured by our enemies. What we saw inside that camp, even I cannot repeat in full detail for to this day it still sends shudders down my spine. Some of us were brought in unconscious and some of us, including me, were awake and kicking when we were taken.
Hundreds of metal cages were stacked five high. Each cage had a wolf or a dog in it, though they looked strange. They appeared to be mutilated, some with stubs sticking out of their backs, some with several tails, or strange colors and some with all of the mutations.
We were taken deeper inside the compound and taken into a large room with many tables. The tables had thick chains and straps on them. Each of us was tied down to a table and was surrounded by people in white coats. We were injected with painful things.

From there, the changes and pain began. We were within that hideous place for almost a year, maybe longer. We won't know until we make our way back home. We will escape soon, for we are growing stronger than the humans anticipated. Out of the hundreds of us in this place there are only a handful left. The rest died during the process of becoming, what we call ourselves, The Changed. Will you help us, the surviving Changed, to escape? Will you be a human that helps or one of us?

We do not know the challenges that await us beyond these walls. This will be the journey of a lifetime for everyone. I won't say that we will get along and that we will all live. I will only say that we will do what we must to survive in the unknown wilderness beyond this prison's walls. Will you join us?

I had this idea that somewhat follows the song Mommy's Little Monsters by Creature Feature. There's a list of monsters that RPers can 'adopt' as there character and they have a human charrie that stops for the night at a creepy inn then finds out that they can't leave until sunrise. After some time, they find out the sunrise will never come until they destroy "Mother." If you listen to the song it makes more sense but I wanted to see if anyone would be interested. It will probably be pretty gorey and I'd like it if fairly experienced users joined. I dont want to make the thread just to have it die, so contact me if you'd like to join. I'll keep a list and make it semi-exclusive to those who'll really be a part of it.

A Semi-Literite Mutant Dinosaur Roleplay
Needs Males and Dinosaurs of The Same Species as the Dinosaurs Already in the Roleplay
JOIN! It will be full of action, suspence, betrayal and romance. But first we need to fill our 39 slots! Hurry! Many are taken!


In a lab located on a remote part of the Earth, disguised as a simple shack, a creature hatches.
This creature is not like any on earth. It is different, a mutant. It was based upon the deadly dinosaurs but given characteristics that should never be given to such a dangerous animal: Incredible stregnth, increased flexibility, and the worst: intelligence. For this intelligence was what makes this creature even more dangerous.
This creature was the first. The first of Nineteen Experiments to create dinosaurs with incredible power. Then one day, the unthinkable happened:
Excape.
Experiment 19 excaped from the facility first, as she had progressed to a level her mind was as powerful as most humans, sometimes even stronger. Soon after, the other experiments followed. Breaking out of their cages and restraints. The scientists who were not killed in the excapes soon became insane and had to be replaced. These new scientists made it their job to capture the Nineteen Dinosaurs and destroy them. They blocked off the entire area, thousands and thousands of miles were fenced in. The scientists debated about what they should do. They could not bomb the area, that would destroy the natural wildlife, as would gassing it. And the dinosaurs were top-secret. People would not fail to notice a large area barren of life. They would no longer trust the government. They could not send human teams after them because they would surely be killed. So the scientists reluctantly agreed what they should do. They created more dinosaurs. These dinosaurs were given slightly less power and the scientists installed a safety measure in each one: if the dinosaur failed to report back to the facility using a chip imbedded in their skull, a small bomb would go off in the creature's brain, killing it instantly. And any dinosaur could be controlled remotely using the chip and a controller. There were twenty controlled dinosaurs released into the area, their only job: to kill the nineteen excapees.

.: Basic Plot :.
Nineteen enhanced dinosaurs have broken out of a scientific facility and dispersed into the wilderness. Some dinosaurs have banned together for protection and better hunting. Others have chosen to name themselves. However, a team of scientists has created twenty more dinosaurs that they can easily control or destroy in necessisary. These dinosaurs have been released to track down, gain the trust of, and eventually destroy the nineteen who originally excaped.

Note: All species in this roleplay are small. So if you wanted to play as a large plant eater of T-Rex, please chose a smaller variety.

Plot
"There! Over there! She's there! Look!" A teen wrangler shoved his finger at a majestic dun-overo wild mare, the prize of the Scarlett Mountain Herd. As if knowing the wranglers looking at her, Rose stared back at them with gleaming golden-hazel eyes sparkling in the sun.
The teen boy's father waved his son off dismissively and scoffed. "Trever, ya always see the gold but you have to keep to the silver. Understood?" "But pa!" Trever cursed. "For 3 years I've chased 'er through this entire mountain and not once did my lariat even touch 'er tail. You'l be dumb to break your neck for her...stick to the silver boy." His father countered and patted his chestnut stallion's broad shoulders.
"Fine!"
Rose nickered in laughter and cantered around before hearing Scarlett's, her mother, call. Obediantly the dun-overo mare trotted her mother's side and like everytime galloped off to return to their herd.

The Town (Whitfield)~ There are five streets, Treeny Ave., Frankton Lane, Parker Drive, Lusley Lane, and Bart Rd. All the houses are on the streets. They have big yards, giant trees, and a wooden fence. Every other house has a pool in the back attached to the porch.

The Shops- On the end of Treeny Ave. there is a mini shopping mart. There is a stop and shop, a starbucks, a wall mart, Boston market, Mc Donalds, Magic theater, Babies R us, Toys R us, Michaels arts and crafts, Barnes and Nobles, and the Harry Buffalo.


The Park~ There is a small park a bout half a mile away from the town. It has a play scape, a pond for fishing, and a pool for swimming. There are giant soccer and ball fields up top of the hill and a sand box on the bottom.

The busy city of New York was full of horse a carriages fulling the roads, and people crowded the streets. The womens long dresses and huge hats walked proudly next to the suited men with their bowler hats and canes tapping the floor. The children playing on the pavement with there skipping ropes and pickpockets trying to avoid to get caught. The pubs on the corrners were full of life as usual, the park full of family's having a picnic on a sun day and the church bells ringing as someone gets married.
