"No dork," Fionna replied, "I just asked if someone else would text him and check in on him cuz he hasn't answered me all day." Fionna laughed, and said, "If we're just going to sit here in the van all day, I'm going to sleep. Let me know when we get there. And Elly? I really hope you ordered enough food." She leaned back into the seat, resting her head on Marcy's shoulder, tucked her earbuds back into her ears, and closed her eyes. This was taking way longer than normal. She could kick Marshall right now for being such a slowpoke, but what would be the point? As her iPod shuffled into Depeche Mode, she relaxed a bit. Sure they were an older band, but Enjoy the Silence was just too fitting at this point with all the thirty different simultaneous arguments and conversations going on. (Ahh-that's much better) she thought to herself. Such a shame Elliott was so dubiously stoic, and Benji was so obviously infatuated. Ugh. Why did she always end up without anyone to dance with? Maybe she'd show Chris a little fun, cutie that he was, she couldn't help herself. She just wanted to pinch his cheeks and ask her mom if she could keep him.

"Wow, so... All those random people that most of us haven't even talked to in ages, that's basically who you invited, Elly?" Benjamin asked, raising an amused eyebrow. The outer circle people were cool enough, but... They were in the outer circle for a reason. So Elly obviously wanted a large party, not just the small group of them.

"Really hoping Luciel and Luke don't show up..." Bonnie muttered with a sigh. They were always really annoying. She hoped they'd stay in the outer circle without bothering too much.

Marshall gave a gentle snort. "Yay, we get to be social. Wait, who's choosing music? Was that my job?" with a jolt he realized he'd forgotten something. "Oh, crud, my bass. I forgot my base." he frowned and looked up at Ben. "Dang, you shoulda reminded me."

Benjamin raised his hands in surrender. "I'm sorry! I didn't know you were going to bring it in the first place, and we were kind of being rushed, you know..." He said, half glaring at the other people in the van. "Well, you'll just have to make do without it, I guess... Maybe you can make do without... Or does anyone else have something you can play?" He said, sort of hoping someone else would have a bass, or at the very least a guitar, for Marshall to use. After all, a party is pretty lame without music.

Over the loud blaring of my music I hear talking about needing a bass. I pulled out a plug and raised my hand slightly, "I-i have one. M-my house is up the road..." I mumbled, lowering my hand back down.

Ellyon reached into her bag and texted Finn. Fionna had a point. Where HAD he been all day? She said, "Yeah you're right Fi, let me just count to make sure we're all here, and I just texted your brother, by the way. And Marsh, I took care of it already. I figured since I dumped the guest list on you, and since you never get to participate really since you're always the entertainment, I'd save you the work this time. I already put together a playlist and called that dj we used to use before you became the rockstar you are." Elly muttered to herself everyone's names, and said, "Yeah we're all here, let's go." She turned the key in the ignition and backed out of the driveway, heading towards the mill. They stopped by the restaurant she ordered the food from earlier and she asked Bonnie and Fi to help her load it into the trunk of the van. Then they drove straight to the mill, getting there in short order.

Marshall pouted and slouched back down against Ben's legs. "Well I still wanted to play something. Whatever, I can run back home and back to the mill before the party's over to grab it." okay, now Marshall was starving. His stomach was starting to snarl very frequently now that he missed breakfast and lunch. If he didn't devour something red soon he'd end up eating Benji or something.
