Germany helped the Italian sit up, carefully wrapping an arm around him for support. "A change of clothes would also help... These ones are soaked and torn to shreds." He said with a small nod before carefully loosening his grip on Italy to look at his wrist, "What happened out there Italia?" he muttered, the last time he saw the Italian he wasn't this bad... He didn't have all these wounds. He shook his head and looked back at him, "And it's fine... I deserved it. I am an idiot for treating you so horribly, ordering you around like another soldier when you aren't... Y-you're my lover and i-i should treat you like it." He muttered out to him. The German then opened the first aid kit and got out some bandages to start sorting out Italy's wounds.

Italy sniffled and listened, but he was another soldier a weak, useless solider,"Lots of things happened..."He murmmered before shaking his head as he gently lifted his head up, he didn't really like it when the German said bad things about himself, it wasn't true. He gently glanced down at the bed, "No Germany... I am another solider... Though I love you and I'm your lover doesn't mean I'm not a useless solider."He said with a small sad nod before looking down at his wrists, "I-If you really want to know what happened... Wolves..."He said with a nod, "I didn't know what t-to do, I was too scared to fight them, s-so I just let them do whatever."He whispered sadly. He really was a stupid waste of uniform, wasn't he? His tears had stopped now though he was still on the verge of those streaming tears, his body was trembling now from all different things, that Italian was so innocent but lately that innocence just wasn't working, "G-Germany? Please don't t-talk down about youself... Y-Your not and idiot, y-you didn't deserve it, it was never your fault. I-I'm still a soldier even if I'm useless... W-When I became your ally I told you, that you could boss me around... I love you, no matter what, you can treat me like anything, I'll still love you... Besides, you only treated me like that because you care... And thats more then I can ask for..."He whispered with a nod.

Germany started to bandage up his wrists, "I guess you couldn't do much seeing as you were already injured and cold... I'm glad you are alright though, i was so worried that i was going to lose you." he muttered back to him as he continued sorting out his arms. "Alright but i feel like i am an idiot... I was the one who pushed you into shouting and leaving, this was all because of me not being nicer to you..." He finished wrapping up his arms before kissing his forehead, "How about we move onto something different? I don't want you getting even more upset..." he tilted his head to the side.

Italy looked at him and sniffled, he nodded silently, slowly he came to rest his head on the Germans shoulder,'But I swore at him! I-I yelled... I-I called him such horrible names... No, I won't think about it...'He thought with a small huff as he glanced down at his wrists. He quietly hifted his trembling gaze to look at the German, he was still shivering like mad, "So... W-What would you like t-to talk about then?"He murmmered as he gently let out a harsh whimper as he gently nuzzled his head into the Germans shoulders as he tried to warm up his ice cold face, "I-I'll g-gladly talk about anything..."

Germany sighed a little and removed the Italian's top to check for more wounds, "I don't really know... How about when we were younger? You seem to remember more about it than me, so fill me in on the bits i can't remember." he replied to the Italian before starting to sort out his shoulders and other wounds. "I can remember when we first met and that when you first saw me you freaked out... But i was so happy you were staying in the same house as me, it felt like an amazing dream."

Italy made sure he weakly sat up, he tried not to lean so much on the German as the man looked over his chest. He smiled and nodded, "Va bene~"He said with a nod, "V-Ve~ An amazing dream."He reapted with a smile, "Well.There was lots... I told you about when we kissed, I-I gave you my push broom, you even gave be food when Austria grounded me and sent me to be locked up without food."He said with a small smile, "Even though you scared me... Well their was that one time when you asked me why I ran away when you chased me, and why I chased after you when you ran... And I told you it was beacuse I didn't want you to end up scarred like my grandfather..."He murmmered with a frown as he gently nuzzled his head into the Germans shoulder, "And I won't ever let that happen to you."He whispered with a small smile. "Everyone told me you died..."He said out of the blue after a few moment of silence, "Your brother, Austria, everyone... They told me the Holy Roman empire was killed by France... I ignored them, I told them they were wrong, I told them he couldn't die... I waited years, even when I was a teenager, I never gave up... But after the years I kinda forced myself to say he'd been dead for years... I never talked about my past or Holy Rome to anyone, it hurt too much."He whimpered with a nod, "Even Prussia said you were dead... I suppose you forgot what happened... Ve~ Do you remember after the battle..?"

"I can remember giving you food... And then you insulting it and spitting it out." Germany said with a nod, "I won't end up like Rome, don't worry..." he said before going silent. He cleaned and wrapped up the wounds on his chest and back in silence, listening to the Italian talk about the past. "Well i guess it was to protect you, to try and get you to move on and find someone else... Be happy and so on." He finally said with a shrug, carefully standing up and going over to his chest of draws to look for some pajamas. He knew Italy hated wearing loads of clothes to bed, but it was for warmth. "Bruder had a reason for saying it... He wouldn't say something like that if he didn't, alright?" He walked back to him with some light blue pajamas in hand. "And i don't really remember much... I don't really remember much of my past at all..."

Italy looked at him and trembled and shivered staying sititng up and watching him, he went to rub his face but feeling his ice cold face he lerched his hand back. Italy looked up at the light blue pajamas and frowned somthing but he knew that the warthm from the clothes would be good for him, "To move on?"He questioned with a frown, "Why? If you were alive I don't see why anyone wouldn't have told me... They knew I loved you, I wish they would have told me."He murmmered as he looked up at the German and smiled, "But I guess I have you now... "He said his golden-brown eyes sparkling as he looked up into the Germans eyes. He closed them in happiness and smiled sweetly down at the ground. "But Germany... Sometimes I feel bad, somewhere out their there's a girl that deserves someone like you... Though, I guess I'm kinda like a girl."He said the last bit with a small laugh, "Ve~ But I guess I'm too pretty for you to leave, huh?"He asked with a small smile as he whisked his bangs across his face but he still sat violently trembling as he looked up and opened his eyes again.

Germany sat down next to him again, placing the pajamas down. "Ja... I can't remember much of the past, remember? So they were doing what was best. Just in case i couldn't remember you at all, they probably said it to protect you and your fragile heart." He said as he started to sort out the wounds on his face, "There is no guessing about it... You have me and that's not going to change. You will always have me Italia." he looked back at the Italian with a small smile. He rolled his eyes and went back to sorting out his wounds, "I doubt there is..." he shrugged a little. "I don't think of you as a girl, ja you can act like one every so often but so can the others... Bruder, Austria, Romano... A-and you are more than pretty Italia. Y-you're stunning, breathtaking..." He trailed off, running a hand through his hair to try and put it back into place. "...Y-you get the picture."
