Hiro flew underneath Jinx, a bit farther down than normal so he wouldn't have to match her strokes. It usually didn't work with anyone in the flock, as he had the smallest wings. He listened quietly to the conversation going on above him and tried not to acknowledge the utter exhaustion in Ren's voice. Below he saw Xmeria swoop down and pick up Storm...what? Why was she trying to carry him? He was obviously just gonna be dead weight and he knew she couldn't carry him for too long, nobody could. Even though he was probably like six years old he was built like he was thirty.

Storm jumped, "Hey, no! I told you before, I'm just fine on the ground! Put me down! NOW!" he really didn't want to be in the air. Not to mention with his time coming soon he wanted to live a little longer than being dropped would allow him.

Xmerwas lowered when she was 10 feet off the ground only 5 for storm she crashed into a tree
