The cut in my leg started to throb, and I almost fainted, but I had to keep running. I took a sharp right and bolted into a thicket, and onto the street. I looked both ways before bending down in a group of people crossing the street. I sprinted when the dispersed, and bit my lip grimly. My leg was pounding, and I felt terrible.

Leon wasn't giving up easily, the other guards had but he kept going though he was starting to run out of breath. He made it to the street looking around for Arabella.

Dereth stood off on an alleyway watching what was going on, as Arabella started to pass he reached out to pull her into the alley. "Stay down and behind me." He was in his old military uniform but it was clear he still had his memory and was just trying to help.

I gasped, and readied to fight, but I soon nodded. "Alright." I whispered softly, sitting down behind Dereth.

Leon continued to chase after Arabella refusing to give up the chase though he was starting to slow a bit.

Geren watched and followed Peter keeping an eye on where Peter had put the real ball. He panted like a normal dog would.

Peter and Kyle made their way out of the room

Geren followed Peter, his tail wagging as he did so.

Leon soon reached the alley and saw Dereth and didn't notice Arabella past him, he was focused on the inform and the fact that somewhere in the back of his mind he knew Dereth. He shook his head denying it and continued on. Dereth waited til he was out of sight, "He'll continue to look for you, or even someone else. He refuses to return empty handed when given a job. Come on I'll help you get to Thaerin to look at that leg." He offered his hand to Arabella to help her up.

when Peter and Kyle made it to Peter's room, they took out the extremely small ball that showed their recent memory loss and Peter said "What do you suppose it is for?" Kyle looked at it to and said "I don't know, but it's kinda cool looking, but what's with all that mist swirling around in there?"

Geren was wondering if breaking the ball would release the memories, or if that would backfire on everyone. He sat down and looked at the ball and watched the two.

Peter tapped the ball and he said "Hear that? It sounds hollow but it can't be with that stuff in there"

Geren decided he really had no choice, it wouldn't be long before Paul figured out the real ball was missing. He tried to jump on Peter to make him drop the ball.

Peter jumped and in doing so released the ball and Kyle tried to catch it
