Tyler nodded and bowed again before looking around for the lady in pink. He picked a rose out of a vase as he walked around, soon finding the princess on a balcony. He slowly walked towards her. "What is a beautiful lady like you doing here alone?" he asked, carefully, not noticing Ian at the moment.

" just enjoying fresh air. Its a little crowded in there." She told him. " did you enjoy your first dance?" She asked him letting him know she saw him.

Tyler stood next to her. "I sure did, though I couldnt take my mind of the lady in pink." he said smiling. Yes, he was flirting with a princess. But Tyler thought she was cute. He handed her the red rose. "For you, my lady."

As I step down the stairs, I see a shadow flick in front of me and disappear.
Maybe its one of the people who are going to dance tonight. But I'm concerned about it, because
I'm pretty sure I heard a sniff as it passed by me. Retracing the steps, I guide myself towards
the footsteps. I find myself on the balcony, where a beautiful lady was standing.
"Princess," I gasp. Isn't she a princess? How can I even dance with a princess, while I'm
a dirty maid who cleans the floor? Questions flood through my mind.

Samantha walked over towards the beverages. She grabbed a wine glass, and tasted the rich wine. She let her tongue run over her lips, making sure to lick every last drop off. She set the wine glass down. Samantha felt quite awkward, since she wasn't used to attending dances. Seeing most people occupied dancing, she decided to take the initiative and ask a male to dance with her, rather than the other way around. See scanned the area for someone free. Seeing none, she sighed and took a sip out of her wine glass once again. It wasn't everyday that she was able to do this kind of things, so she wanted to be able to make it last as long as she could. It was quite boring, standing there, so Samantha tried to guess who was who. She tilted her head slightly as she saw someone in black. She couldn't put her finger on who it was, so she gave up.

((Blargh. Writers block.))

"I am sorry," I apologize lightly, and bow. I slowly back out of the place and turn my face towards the
inside. I clear my throat and put on my mask, which was safely hidden in my back pocket.
As I'm about to head towards the beverage station, I feel a stare. A chill runs down my back.
Is it possible that somebody might be spying on me and guessed who I was?
But I find it that its just a female, who's eying me. She's free, no one around her.
I can't lose the chance this time. I hurry towards her, and blink my silver eyes.
"May I dance with you?" I ask gently, lowering my hand.

Samantha looked over towards the one who had asked her to dance. It was the male that she tried figuring out who he was. His voice sounded familiar, so she knew that he was from Avalon. "Of course." Samantha said, smiling while extending her hand and laying it gently on top of his hand. She hoped that he wouldn't recognize that she was the head knight. He probably wouldn't. Samantha barely talked to anyone as a knight, unless it was needed. She took her other hand and put it on top of his shoulder, waiting for him to put his hand on her waist before dancing. She then remembered her armor boots she was wearing. No need to worry. She thought. Her red dress was covering her feet. Samantha didn't have time to buy any real shoes, so she was stuck with the shoes she wore as a knight. As long as he doesn't step on my feet, he won't notice the bulk of the armor boots. Samantha gave a friendly smile as they started to dance.

(Uh - oh... I don't know how to dance. )

I put my hands onto her waist and start dancing. Everything of me has changed except for
my shoes. Its just my usual old shoes, more likely to be ripped socks. Since the cloth had
holes, I had to patch them up, using all my money for a week. I just hope that she doesn't
step on my feet, because I'm the only one who's wearing this type of shoes everyday. Plus,
everyone knows that I wear these.
But I'm the one who steps on her shoes first. Accidently. The feeling of it's hard, and my
soft shoes just basically sink onto her's. I notice this boot, the hard kind, from Avalon.
A shiver run's through my mind.
