Jace glanced over at Melya and thought, Shes cute. Then right after he thought it he wanted slam his forehead against a tree. He had forgotten she could read minds. He thought immediately after that, hoping Melya would not have heard it, Stay out of my head. For your own safetly. He lowered his hand, only casting light on the ground as if the darkness around him could block Melya out of his head.
